Here is a brief list of characters available to play. Keep in mind Scouts are females. Knights are males. If you have an idea for a character not listed here, please PM me. Chances are, I will approve it smile
The Prince of Crystal Tokyo: Queen Michiko's second born child is up for grabs! His bio is yours to create but must relate to that of Queen Michiko and Princess Sakura.

Desdemona- The evil ruler of the Daray Kingdom. She seeks the powers of those who have pushed her into the depths of hell so that she can gain her freedom and reign terror on the peaceful world of Crystal Tokyo
Desdemona's Minion #1- An evil sympethizer to Desdemona. This minion works for Desdemona in order to help her achieve her goal of finding her way to the world in order to reign terror. This person can be male or female.
Desdemona's Minion #2- An evil sympethizer to Desdemona. This minion works for Desdemona in order to help her achieve her goal of finding her way to the world in order to reign terror. This person can be male or female.
Desdemona's Minion #3- An evil sympethizer to Desdemona. This minion works for Desdemona in order to help her achieve her goal of finding her way to the world in order to reign terror. This person can be male or female.
More minions can be added if interest is shown smile

So in the bio page, I am to put the sailor I want and then make up a description? (since it's the grandchildren) or is there qualities you want to be retained in by each sailor scout?

You can make up whatever you want for each bio. Some qualities from former parents would be awesome. But they aren't required.
I was also thinking of doing a pre-made bio for each senshi thats optional to use. But I don't know if people would want to use them or make their own so I didn't lol.
Just make your bio using the template thats in the character section and put [pending approval] before it when you post.
