Ponders on my thoughts.....Maybe a questionnaire for the newbies to fill out and explain what there passions are. I say passions because interests are just too general. I always find that if your passionate about something you will stick with it. Like me for example, I love to shop. I want all the pretty things gaia has to offer. But i am somewhat of an introvert. I don't talk much. I ask questions and kind of keep it moving. Also incentives like an item or goal for milestones in there gaia experience. Example: active with your mentor for say a certain amount of time which newbie gets awarded something sweet from there wishlist, or an outfit they want. Or maybe even the mentor helping with a quest of the newbie.
What kept me coming back in the beginning was the ei's. I loved the multi poses they have. Also very important is what the newbies favorite colors are. I wanted everything pink and sparkly. I think thats it for now.
See why i dont talk much, i just ramble on and on.....
