These are some pics of my new Betta Rojo me and my Kim-A-kun got tonight. He is a Red Plaket... and is beautiful. ^_^ No..he doesn't have a heater, but I assure you the light he has keeps his tank well within the right temperature as I've used it before with Sonoka. I did opps when it came to another thermometer though. I'll be getting him one tomorrow though since i forgot it tonight. Anyways, I hope you enjoy...^_^

Very pretty! I love my little Plakat, Ayame. He's such a spaz lol He jumps clean out of the water for food XD

I was surprised when Kim picked him out at Pruess's pets. They had a crap-load of Plakets and they usually don't carry them. A lot of them were sooo aggressive that they'd try to jump outta the cup to get your finger. I saw another blue Plaket like that I really wanted. I felt bad because you could tell he was pissed about the cup factor. We went with Rojo here because he's really laid back and I thought that due to his temperament that he would probably work out better in the 2.5 I have than the other i wanted. My motto... The more aggressive the fish....the more room I like to give them to relax better.
