The Fourth Division Rules and Regulations
Updated as of January 10, 2012
Welcome old and new members (and also visitors)! As you can see, you may have, once again, visited the thread that says and reminds us about how the Fourth Division members should and would behave. I remind you that one must put these things in to the heart for it shall help you, somehow, here and maybe in the real world also. And as you may have also noticed, I have replaced the old rules that Envy-taichō put up ages ago even though it cost me a long time to about removing it or not. Well, I have now done it and, hopefully, be as effective as the one she put up.
- You are obliged to follow the order of the division captain and vice-captain; however, since we are all human, we do commit mistakes from time to time. Because of that, any member is also given the right to question the actions of the captain or vice-captain. You approach them as polite as you can because going on a "rage fit" because you were ordered to kill orphaned children doesn't help at all; you're going to be ordered to leave, most likely, and then get blacklisted... in some list or something.
All members are ordered not to do the ever-popular "one-liner" post when you are roleplaying. Keep in mind, this is not just a Fourth Division rule but also a guild-wide one. It is unethical that the one you are roleplaying with gives in every emotion, feeling or tears they managed to come up in a particular and then you reply, "I understand. Everything will be alright." You see? That is annoying, not to mention rude.
Long ago, Rule #3 was labeled not to "chat speak". However, those things don't happen too often these days. And out of humor for the OOC threads, anyone can act like that. Chat Speaking, however, is never, ever tolerated in roleplaying.
As always, you must always follow proper punctuation, grammar and other English language rules. Always put into your mind that in the way you post here in Gaia Online, one reads it in some different way than you originally intended it to be. In short, if you were joking, others might find it a racial attack or something. So, it is best that you guard properly the way you speak in the internet. Not to mention, some people can be good enough to know the intellectual limitation of those people through the way they speak in OOC, roleplay or simply the way they browse the net (by stalking). Be warned. Let's hear from Byakuya-kun's knowledge about grammar and all:

- A Fourth Division member will be trained by the division captain and his/her own vice-captain, who by that time must have at least have known half of the Chiyudō. It is also noted that the Chiyudō Room or any other healing Kidō training thread is always done in a PRP, which gives you the privilege to let your character roam in any other place while training. Understood?
A Fourth Division member is ever vigilant and open for attendance to any kind of patient, whether it is an enemy or ally. We are here to value life above all else. We are not here to fight and cause bloodshed, but we are here to prolong life and stop pain. We are healers, accept that, so don't hope that this division will someday rise up from the ashes and kick all divisions in the butt; we are not like that. When someone is hurt in the healing room, go to them! Don't wait for any other higher official attend to them! Prove to them the pride you work in! And in case you are concerned of your Chiyudō skills, there are always medicines that can ease the pain of your patients. Use your imagination.
Lastly, this is your home. And when you're at home, you enjoy what's in there and be happy.
Captain's Notes
Kei's Notes: Finally! Well, someone did a good job and read it over here. Now, if you have any question of some sort regarding the rules or anything under the Fourth Division, send me a PM and we'll discuss about it. Or if anyone is interested, add me in my YM Instant Messenger: keichaos.
