Kilena reappeared under cover of the darkness of the sewers.
I'd hate to end up like the family I saw back there she thought to herself. She wandered through the maze like passageway, perfectly content with the fact that there was a gloomy absence of light. As she continued down, she noticed a darkness crawling through the cross section. She quickly darted down the adjacent tunnel and spotted a manhole cover up ahead. Thinking quicker than normal, she slipped down the tunnel and up the ladder, reappearing on the surface in South Kansen.
