Because Solemn Warning is now a MUST for this format to survive the new samurai onslaught I was trying to find a cheaper alternative:
Pulling the Rug
Negate the activation and effect of an Effect Monster whose effect activated when a monster was Normal Summoned (even itself), and destroy that Effect Monster.
I know this card is good against Six Sams, Scraps, Monarchs, Gadgets....etc
But is it a card worth main-decking?
Also, what about Swallow Flip?
Negate the activation of an Effect Monster's effect that activates when a monster is Special Summoned (including itself), and destroy it.
This is for duelists on a budget since the obvious choice would be Solemn Warning
