Got a bug/glitch/error that happened to you int he fishing thread? Simply post it here!
Dont forget to include your minipets account name if you lost fishing points/etc and anything else you think would be useful, such as screenshots of evidence!

I bought some bait with my silver today, and it deducted the silver from my account (I originally had 47k, now I have 37k), but when I went to go fish it said I didn't have any. <:

I'm not sure if it's a glitch or a hiccup but every once in a while when fishing, when I click, it doesn't say anything. The page loads like normal, but there's no fish, no weed, but also no nothing.

I have an issue similar to Beejoux's, but when I click somewhere to fish, I just get a blank black screen. And it's every time I try to click a spot to fish, not just occasionally. I think it might be taking my bait but not awarding me anything every time I try/get a black screen, but I'm not sure since I dunno if it's a successful attempt.
....if that made sense. ^^;

It's looking like whenever I catch a manta ray (at least at the lost isles), it says I get 3 points for them at the bottom, but it's only awarding me two points each. I'm currently at rank 6.
I know that the new points don't add in until the next screen, but there ya go. I don't know how long it's been doing that, but I bought a bunch of bait today and realized it right at the end XD; For all I know, it might have always done that and I only now noticed XD;
EDIT - this is the same for the 'fish heads' that also say they grant 3 points, but only add two to my point tally ^^;

Making a 3 point catch - total = 48 points
Total only goes up 2 points - I clicked again to fish, and you see the point total only went up 2 points (it's now 50).
I have probably lost a lot of points this way and just never realized it (I just finished turning in 1000 credits yesterday from fishing when I noticed this at the end of it all ^^; ), I don't expect to get them back, but if this could be fixed in the future, that'd be great.Question answered - thanks, Zoo smile

On the 31st, (before I noticed the April Fool's thing) I went to the fishing store and purchased more bait, then fished. I got enough tokens (42) to purchase a Scareon egg, and it said I had, but when I went to the vending alley, it wasn't there. Wasn't in any of my boxes, either. Not frozen or anything. I checked the tokens to make sure I had purchased it, and it was the same amount as it was after I purchased it (17).

Okay so I've been fishing lately and buying scareons. I just noticed however that instead of taking 25 points like they state to do, it seems to take 50. I started out with 68 and ended with 18. I'm wondering if this it a typo? I know I thought it was subtracting weird to start with when I bought a few earlier, but I didn't actually back track until I noticed that by the point standings I should've had enough for two eggs, and so far the scary eggs seem to be the only ones having this problem... See screenshots below.     (they are thumb nailed to stop page streatch) I honestly don't know how many Scary eggs I've bought since this started, so I'm not really worried about fixing fishing points. I just thought someone should know that it's taking 50 points instead of the stated 25 points.

Are you sure you haven't been double-clicking? I just tried it out, went from 62 to 37 points after buying a scareon egg.
Went back and tried out double-clicking, started out with 68 points and ended up with 18, got 2 eggs out of it. Please be more careful with clicking for buying eggs- only the last 'you bought an egg' confirmation shows up, so even if you click 15 times and lose the appropriate amount of fishing points, you might think you bought one egg. It's a good idea to check your inventory to be sure before reporting a bug!
