Why are some people against Lenalee?
I'm not a fan of her (neutral to her) but how come?...

I am also neutral with her... I used to like her a lot, but then I started disliking her a bit after her moments with Allen and Kanda >.> *cough*
I don't hate her though... She's okay. But she is really needy... Being one of the only women in the series, you'd think she'd at least attempt to be a bit stronger and not be the typical damsel in distress... I mean seriously! We don't need more fictional woman making our sex look weak! She's kinda whiny too, and that bugs me to no end. Oh, and can I also mention she is a big, fat killjoy! This is probably the biggest factor that made me stop liking her.
She is a poodle... Pretty, but veeeeery needy!

meh Lenalee is okay. i think the reason why so many people dislike her is that shes kind of a Mary Su character.

I used to be like Lenalee a lot at the beginning of the series. She was cool and didn't like depending too much on the others. After she had her fight with the level three though...i don't know...she became a crybaby. She started depending too much on Allen, Lavi, Kanda, etc. etc.
She is always talking about how they need to have hope and that they will make it through, yet she always is doing the opposite. Instead of having hope she cries and waits for Allen or the others do something.
When Allen didn't save Suman he was so upset because he didn't keep his promise to Lenalee. When she woke up, her and Allen had that sweet moment. I know it was meant to be interpreted as a sweet romantic moment, but I took it as that she was calling Allen a failure in a sweet way.
I could go on for hours, but I really don't want to go on.

But, I don't think she's just kinda a mary su, she really is one. Sorry, it's just what I think. Plus, I used to like her alot....but then something happend. So, I guess I like her like about 25%. But, she's not exactly my favorite character. Sorry sweatdrop

I think people dont like her because she is always the one who needs help and worries too much about other people. Lenalee should toughen up. rolleyes
