Disclaimer: As an Exaequare, Aurelius is a Balancer first and an Observer second. He will not be a character that's simply whipped out to be fought by some unlucky person. Instead, he's around for storyline purposes and will show up from time to time, seemingly for no reason. Usual Clothing: Aurelius wears the standard issue uniform of his ranks, which is a strange hybrid of clothes taken from each of the races. Around his neck, Aurelius wears a cross similar to that of the Quincy, kept on a short silver chain. His main clothing is reminiscent of humans; he wears black jeans with a studded belt and a chain running from the front left belt loop to the back left pocket and a white casual dress shirt with buttons down the front. His outermost layer of clothing is a white mantle lined with dark blue material and is similar to the Captain's Haori. He can control this mantle with his mind, shaping it and flexing it at will as a form of defense.
___________________Physical DescriptionNow that he has discarded his toddler body, Aurelius appears to about 15 years old with shaggy blonde hair and deep red eyes, with two concentric circles around the pupil and a star pattern across the first circle. These eyes are the result of his own ability, Vox Universum. When this ability is not active, the star pattern vanishes. He's of average height and has a physique of a physically fit High School male, but is far from being overly muscular.___________________PersonalityDespite being tasked with the balance of the Universe, Aurelius appears rather unconcerned with the events that surround it. He is one who normally keeps to himself, expressing general unconcern for the things happening around him, which is a direct result of seeing nearly everything before it happens due to his abilities. He does, however, show an interest in certain events and will often travel to witness events unfold in person, despite knowing about the outcome already. As an Exaequare, he is for the most part, strictly neutral to other races, and does not offer his services to others even though he could easily end a war with a single thought. If he lends his assistance, it is because it is already preordained that he do so, and by carrying this out, he is doing his part to allow the natural flow of time and universal balance continue uninterrupted.
Part of this job is also acting as the deities of human kind, making things more bearable than they could be, but never completely fulfilling the desires of others, especially not prayers asking for him to bring harm upon others. Although he has since shed his toddler form, he typically refuses to make facial expressions, which makes him a hard read. He appears passive to most things, can be made loyal to those who have given him reason to be, and although he is not cocky about his abilities, he often talks like he is. Despite choosing his form for himself, he despises being referred to as a child, and usually does something to hurt someone if they choose to do so.___________________BiographyThere was a prophecy just before he was born that he was going to grow up to be exceptionally powerful, the likes of which the Elder's had not seen, and thus from a young age Aurelius was trained by the very best to harness and utilize psychic power. As he slowly grew older, decades passed and he harnessed his Vox Universum, which he used to further his training and schooling. Because of his ability, he was classified as Omniscient, a title which no other Exaequare possessed, and viewed as an idol by some. He did not allow for this fame to get to his head, because he was already able to determine the outcome of nearly any interaction. Aurelius decided at a very young age to trade in a body capable of growing, as well as all other aspects of a fit body (speed, stamina, durability, etc) in exchange for massive amounts of internal energy. As to date, even though he is not the only one to make this decision, he is currently the only Exaequare with Spīritus that greatly exceeds the combined Spīritus of Dolor and Caelum. As a result, he was rendered eternally young and used Psychokinesis to move himself around.
After some centuries had passed, Aurelius made his way into the prestigious Exaequare army where he was able to witness first-hand the use of the stones to erase others. As he immersed himself into this new environment, he worked his way up the ladder until he reigned over thousands of other psychics as the Exaequare's 3rd in Command. At the time, he was already well aware of what he had to do to take out both Caelum and Dolor, but he had no desire to become the leader, nor the 2nd in Command of the entire army. Because of his contentment, he left them to believe that he could do nothing to them, most especially Dolor.
After the eradication of the Arrancar by the Shinigami, Aurelius fund himself in charge of wiping out some six million humans to restore balance. With this task over his head, Aurelius, who had been feeling mischievous, paid the Shinigami a visit and then gave them a warning as to where he was going to be next. Following this, he traveled to Rome and in the midst of wiping out Humans who were walking through St. Peter's Square he encountered the Shinigami again. Here, he fought all of them single-handedly, nearly killing all of them before he was bested by Hakase Hei, an anomaly that he had not been able to detect. With his incomplete abilities rendered useless, Aurelius was cryogenically frozen by Hei.
It would be a full day following the fight in Rome and the death of Hei that Aurelius was unfrozen by Tsukiko and given steroids to fight the fact that his body was weak and grant him the ability to walk and such. After about a week, he attended Hei's funeral, and was present when Tsukiko captured Dolor, and was personally responsible for transporting the Shinigami to Modus Exaequaris. During their departure, two Exaequare arrived in the Seireitei, confronting Auerlius about coming back home, an offer which he refused. He later healed one of these and after Hei was resurrected he sent him to ME, followed him, and told Caleum of his decision to take a break after he was defeated.
Following the one year time-skip, Aurelius' powers improved drastically; he was able to utilize any technique he could think of or learn about, and had upgraded his ability to speak into other's minds to allow him to read their thoughts as well. He was present during the Hakase-Riyu wedding, and following the invasion of the Seireitei, he killed a Sephira's Path and then left the scene.
Just as the siege to take the Seireitei back began, Aurelius once again returned to Tsukiko, and after he allowed Tsukiko to experience Elisia's feelings, he arrived in the Seireitei to carry out his part in the war, which involved taking care of Jacques until Tetsunosuke stepped in. After his work was done, he abandoned the fight and instead watched Yuki fight Ori, and even though he was asked to assist Hei, he refused to do so. Just as he had the first time, Aurelius waited for a short period of time before he returned to Tsukiko and offered to watch Senka. After she gave in, he babysat the child before disappearing without a trace once someone had returned to take her back.

___________________Main AbilitiesAs a powerful psychic and ultimately divine being, Aurelius has many abilities. Due to his Vox Universum and Omni Potens, he is capable of using every ability in existence, but below are the main abilities he utilizes out of preference. The Birth Right abilities are his most powerful and were passed down to him by his family. The Acquired Abilities are abilities he obtained and mastered with the use of Vox Universum, and are those that he uses most often along with his birth right abilities._____________Birth Right Abilities Vox Universum [Voice of the Universe]
A form of Omniscience, this birth right is the ability to hear the voices of the universe. These voices constantly transmit data into his mind such that he can answer any question brought to his attention with ease, read ancient texts, know the movements of others, and determine how to overcome any challenge presented to him. Such information simply pops into his mind. This ability of his often implants the opinion into the minds of others that the child is a super genius with knowledge of the entire world at hand. Only when Vox Universum is active does the star pattern appear in his eyes.
Omni Potens [All Power]
Aurelius' form of Omnipotence and an extension of Vox Universum, Omni Potens is Aurelius' divine titanically powerful ability in which he encompasses all abilities. The definition is purposefully vague, simply because there is no limit to it's applications, though his most notable favorites are telekinetically altering a planet's course, creating with a thought, resurrecting the dead, controlling natural forces, altering the physical appearance of others, taking away someone's free will, manipulating reality and destroying stars. Naturally, he is limited with this ability, and it requires that he be using Vox Universum simultaneously or he risks making a mistake that could alter the entire Universe drastically, or he may end up being intoxicated by his power and going mad. Using this power properly requires tremendous levels of self-control, and the power and ability to resist the temptations the power presents. _____________Acquired Abilties Deferre Mentis Mente [Communion of Mind with Mind]
A type of Telepathy, this ability allows for both Telepathic Communication and Telepathic Perception. The combination of the two allows him to speak with others on a mental and examine and read the minds of others. He is powerful enough to scan memories, being able to draw the first sounds the brain recorded while it was still in the womb, and is not limited to simply hearing their thoughts. Aurelius can sometimes experience headaches from overuse. It has several applications for offense and defense;
Telepathic Defense
By infiltrating another's brain, he can scramble their eyesight in order to mask his visual appearance.
By infiltrating another Telepath's brain, he can scramble their mind to mask his mental presence. Telepathic Offense
He can speak as a part of another's mind.
Uses his ability to quickly process, store, upload or download information, through another's mind.
In order to inhibit others mentally, he can communicate the dark side of a person's personality and coax evil thoughts out of them.
By placing “psychic inhibitors” in the minds of adversaries, he can prevent them from using their abilities.
Aurelius can alter another's mind to make them feel pleased, happy, pained or other emotion.
Aurelius can mentally fight others by overloading their brain with too much information at once, resulting in death. Telepathic Skills
He can intuitively understand new languages.
Has the ability to sense another's presence.
He can create mind-links between individuals, forcing them one to the share the other's emotions, or making both feel each other's emotions.
Aurelius is able to read the minds of every living being on the planet at one time, but tends to go mad for a couple of days afterward.
Psychokinesis [Psychokinesis]
Aurelius holds Psychokinesis as a natural ability, but as with Deferre Mentis Mente, it is not a birth right. He is endowed with the ability to bend physical forces to his will by manipulating them with his mind, his control being far more developed than it should be, just as with his other abilities. Such an ability can be used to create deflective barriers or stop an opponent in his or her tracks, among other things that have either been undiscovered or forgotten.
Atomus Mora [Atomic Breakdown]
He is a powerful enough psychic that he can break inorganic and organic materials apart by reducing them to their most basic components. Take for example, a gun: he could could quickly disassemble it, knowledge of the structural integrity of the object being unneeded as he simply would only need to pluck it apart, piece by piece. In the case of organic materials, he simply concentrates hard enough then breaks the organism down on the atomic level, thus giving the appearance of turning it into dust.
Reditus Inanis [Return Void]
A spherical barrier is formed around the opponent while he or she attacks. The barrier forcibly absorbs the attack, then rebounds it back onto the user with added force.

___________________Other Information_____________Unique Abilities Omnilock
Omnilock is a divine ability to exist outside of everything. Aurelius is allowed to exist outside of space, time, probabilities, nothingness etc. He is universally immune to everything, even Universal Irreversibility.
Universal Irreversibility
Aurelius' ability to render an action from oneself or others (including events in general) impossible to be blocked, manipulated and reversed, by all means (including the using of other superpowers of omnipotence). Because of this, unlike other abilties, it has no anti-power/opposing power to acompany with it. This renders the power extremely dangerous and prone to misuse.
Applications
Completely remove an object/organisim/abstract concepts from existence for "absolute eternally" as even nothingless manipluation cannot reverse it.
Perform actions that are immune to even the effects of abilities. Limits
This must be used with careful planning or with omniscience as the effects are universally irreversible
This ability can result in paradoxes, which results in disatorous results when two opposing events is made irreversible and then interact with each other. _____________Unique WeaponsThe brooch on his mantle is endowed with the ability to take any human's life and erase it from existence. Due the nature of those that created it, memories of the human in question are erased and immediately replaced with new ones. The power of this device is so great, that any trace left behind from the human is completely and utterly wiped away, even lingering fingerprints that may be several years old or strands of hair clung to a family member's clothes. Three other devices just like this one exist, each with a matching, fully functioning mantle, and all with the power to erase a certain race from existence. However, as Aurelius' mission is to erase humans, he was only given the one he wears._____________Miscellaneous Information Likes: Tea, balance, silence, intellectual literature, stimulating conversation.
