Drawings don't mean anything...
At that age, I was drawing people's heads getting blown off by Majin Buu. I think they over-reacted to the situation and shouldn't have taken him away like that.
Lol when I was 5, I hung myself from my neck with a rope lmao because I wanted to swing like Donkey Kong...good thing I didn't tie the rope right but my neck was all bloody and scratched up o.o

Because OBVIOUSLY six year olds have the potential to kill themselves.
Listen, basic psychiatry classes will teach you that a kid at this age is still undergoing maturation and is using physical and social means in developing his/her own intelligence.
That kid probably understands suicide as much as he understands scientology.
The teacher is SUPPOSE to inform a parent of large, rash decisions before anything else.
But no, I blame whoever made the laws in the first place.
The fact that this kid was having separation issues is just a BONUS to how ******** up this is.
Separation issues are VERY serious when it comes to kids, since a regular kid gets upset when their parents aren't around.
Hell, I had problems when I was six about separation. My father worked as a manager of a 5-star restaurant when I was little. Because of this, I never saw him. When I did, he was either drunk, pissed off and yelled at me, or hanging out with my mom. The only actual person I began to trust was my current best friend. I've known him for 16 years, since I was born. However, we were separated through a large part of our lives because he had to go through custody battles. I didn't meet him again until I was ten.
So from at the age of 4 where my only friend left, I had only my mother to rely on. She seemed like the only one that seemed to care about me. This small fact actually introduces the starting of intelligence, since I began to learn feminine personalities and became a more civil child than the rest.
However, I went through emotional HELL when I had to begin school. Sure, preschool was fine. It was small, short, and we had normal times there.
But, preschool for me was about two hours.
Real school was eight hours.
That big jump had me unprepared. Not to mention I had to leave my mom and meet up with a bunch of strangers and children I didn't even know. Plus, I had to do things on my own. I wasn't use to being independent. The very fact of NOT being independent caused me to have problems in school. They actually thought I had ADHD and could not read.
( In my defense, I could read. I just thought it was useless at the time. I had the ideology that everything could be experienced through physical action. That idea came to me since I was born on video games and never read the manuals. )
My point is, kids are going to feel detached from there parents at this time. Some more than others. Does that mean we should hospitalize them for more than two days?

I'd punish the child for being an attention whore, I'd put him on top of a building and make him jump and hopefully he'd do a flip on the way down, one less filthy child to turn into a stupid adult.
Teach him to mean what he says right before he hits the ground...

Just like when I hear little girls screaming when they are only playing Tag or Hide and go seek - touch, scream if you are being murder, raped or have somehow injured yourself. Yes I hate children but I would stop someone who was ******** with them in either of those instances but I am so sick of running to check on screaming children (When I hear a child scream I check) just to see them playing Tag...

I agree with hoshoni.
It's annoying to hear kids scream when they're playing, but they're kids. I hate kids too, but I remember I was a kid once also, and playing outside, running around.
I remember being deathly silent when playing because i was ******** TERRIFIED OF PISSING OFF MY MOM.
And I would always try to go play with friends at their houses where we could be a bit more vocal and let loose.
Now ya know why I'm such a paranoid person, I never wanted to get grounded for a ******** month from my friends because we got a little rowdy in our games and playing.
Back onto topic, that was seriously effed up. :/
