Yea, so I had this dream and I've been debating on wether or not to say something about it all day and well, I finally decided to post it here so basically it goes like this...
I dreamt about a girl and I being by the ocean on some sort of pier thing is, this girl in my dream I actually know or knew* her from a few years ago, we still keep in touch but she lives in Florida and now I live in Georgia but for a short while we were dating. So anyways, the rest of the dream goes as we talked on the pier and were real friendly, she hugged me and I turned away, so we went on talking till for some reason I fell into the water? I remember seeing her face before drowning then all of a sudden the scene changed to where I saw 2 figures in the water, a boy and a girl who were both drowning and so I tried to save them but no matter how hard I tried they kept ending up back in the water, falling further down in.
And that's basically how it ended. I do sort of love her, but us having a relationship would be near impossible plus we don't really talk much...It's actually sort of odd when we talk. Someone, say something about this? I can't get it off my mind.

Not really. But I guess that theory does kind of stick out which I guess is why this has been bugging me, because I can't make sense of it. confused

Rose is probably right about the helpless feeling. Sort of like the dreams where you try to scream and nothing comes out(or in my case it's no louder than my regular voice(which isn't very loud)unimportant).
I had a dream today while I was napping...quite a mean one considering it was like my real situation, except I actually had to act instead of finding a distraction because in reality it wouldn't happen...
Maybe either find something or do something that makes you feel useful

i think it means that you want to be with her again but cant. this was kind of already said with the helplessness stuff, but the thing thats bugging you as rose said is probably the fact that you cant be with her.
also HOLY s**t i live in georgia too ho my gad

It could be deja vu. I've had many deja vu dreams and they happened about a few months or a year later. sweatdrop I don't mean to scare you though...

do you have a fear of drowning, or the ocean, or has anything like that ever happened to you? for me, whenever the quality of my sleep is poor, i get dreams involving my fears, and they often also have people i have feeling for in them, like my boyfriend & close friends. if you've been experiencing any stress lately, that can also be a cause. negative feelings can sort of creep into your dreams, especially if you go to sleep thinking about negative things or feeling badly.

Well, I'm not much on the Dream Interpreting, but maybe you're just afraid of drowning. I know it's kinda lame to suggest, but sometimes complected things are used to help you understand simple things.

I don't have a fear of drowning, to be honest when I was little my great grandma had an underground pool that I'd tie myself up with something and drop in the water to see if I could escape from it, obviously I'm still alive, so yea, I could. xd I have been stressed though...Maybe that is the problem.
