I know this should also be in Photographers but i couldnt deside

But!

i found out from my friends how you can make animated photos (or also known as gif)

All you have to do it download PHOTOSHOP

it works for me and it'll work for you.

You can also use Adobe Flash, and there are a number of other programs out there made specifically for GIF animations, such as Ulead (15 day trial, $50 for full version), and this thread on Wet Canvas also has a large number of very useful links.

You know, to avoid downloading the full Photoshop illegally and having pesky lawyers coming at your door with torches and pitchforks. wink (Because Adobe is highly adamant about catching those kinds of people.)

Photoshop is okay for patient people like me. Though, I go by separate pictures. I change each one as I go along. Then when I am done with all of them... I put them together to make the gif! Example:
