So a lot of people don't like using this card in Fortune Lady decks.
I was wondering why?

Its strong, has a nice burn effect and can be easily summoned

Burn is infinitessimal at best and crappy. Takes away from the synergy that Light, Dark, and Wind creates as they have far more support.
Allure of Darkness + Fortunes Future + Dark = Shenanigans when you have a light or Wind in grave allowing you to further abuse them with chaos sorcerer or Dark Simorgh.

Also, why do so many fortune decks like to remove the Ladies from play (permananty)? Is it just for Future Fortune's draw power?
