Well, this guild is no doubt but almost dead or like barely entertaining. It's just there, only for you to post when you got nothing else. Or at least to me it is. So, let's try to throw up two events. Both, well pointless and stupid, but hopefully it'd be fun.
For some of the "old" people to our guild, you might've noticed the secret snowflake was kind of a fail, or in my eyes it was. Kinda wished more people would've participated, but oh well. So this time, I and I guess Fishes set up originally one event, Dress up as a newb day. But I also wanna add on to it. Making it two. And no, sadly the second event isn't in February this, early March. March 5th to be exact. But the season for it already started. Can you guess what it is? No? Well people who have boring states, it's Mardi Gras time, the time where drunks run around more freely and scream "Throw me something Mister!" See? Told y'all you where missing out on a weird but amazing holiday.
So for the first event, Dress up like a Newb day, it's simple enough, no? Point is, go through your inventory and find all those beginning outfits that we all get when we join and put it on for a day. Stupid? I already addressed that above. Fun? As fun as you make it with the combination of items you can make that are newbish. Insperation? Me talking to Fishes 'bout how annoying newbs are 'bout begging for gold and tons of my friends suddenly just joined gaia meaning they are newbs xD Okay, so obviously, newbs have a price range of their general outfit. Usually, from what I see, it goes to about 5 gold - 10,000 gold, no? Well, anyways, dress up within the price range of given and post here if you want. Heck, if enough people post their newbish avi, we might as well just judge them, right? Well, I'll have to check with Fishes on that, but doesn't that sound amazing? Okay, so when will this be held? I don't know. Maybe the day after Valentines day then? February 15th? Yeah, why not? That way your crush doesn't leave you on that romantic day for looking so trashy.
Now for the second event, Mardi Gras. I realize this sadly isn't in every state, country, whatever so I guess I should explain it a little bit, hopefully more people would do it if they understand more. So like any other holiday in the United States, it kinda deals with Christianity. Forty days before Jesus dies, he travels the desert. Christians throughout the world usually think of something to give up during that time. Usually it's sweets, soda, cursing, tv, and stuff like that as well as meat. Crazy, but before that, people love to feast to and for... you know... to get rid of it? I don't know. Just kind of a known thing. And this is known as Fat Tuesday, before Ash Wednesday. And during this season, not only do we feast on delicious goodies, but we have parades! People throw beads, people get drunk and it's just a merry time ignoring the smell of beer everywhere. Get a general idea? Anyways, so this is kinda like the event above, dress the avi to this event. But here's the thing, can you do it using the colors green, purple, and gold? And this one you can do it till March 5th or 6th and such. Otherwise, go any farther, you'd look like a freak.
