Hey guys sup... I created a USTREAM and I'll be streaming my games on it a lot -- both ladder and custom games. I by far mostly 1v1 Ladder as Zerg (Master League), but I play KOTH with irl friends sometimes and perhaps I'll even play team games, but I prefer to avoid team games because they tend to rust me/get me used to the non-mega stress of 1v1 haha..
Anyway, here's the link:
http://www.ustream.tv/channel/veisc2
Currently it has VOD's from last night's three ladder sessions, a ladder session from earlier today, and my matches vs Onos (Neiko) in the guild tournament.

How do you stand that low resolution/textures/everything? >_< I have everything on high-highest.
Also, just curious, how did you know I was on the right side in our first match? Does the enemy always spawn on the opposite side like that in shakuras? I oddly haven't played it a lot in 1 v 1, and was wondering how you knew I was on the right side. I saw you scout my base after you put the pylon and first gateway down, but before that you didn't scout any of the bases.

Tonight my rl friend who was obsing told me you scouted the vertically-opposing base on game 1. On Shakuras you will NEVER spawn opposite your enemy; all matches will be either diagonal or horizontal.
The stream quality is lower but I play at 1920x1080 on all-low. I find that I play better/everything is clearer to process when it's on low lol, but my computer can run the game on Ultra (altho only at like 70-80 fps which is unplayable).
edit-- Scouting your base first was luck, but if you notice I place my pylon in the middle between the two bases so that the rush distances for either distance will be the same.

That's good to know that they will never be on the left/right side with you, might have helped >_<. I can see how lower settings might help see what's going on since there is less flashy and less clutter going on Also, how is 70-80 fps bad? o.0

Onos IIRC people can't see higher than 30 fps, 40 fps sometimes? D= No, that's a myth propagated by the film industry. Movies and TV shows roll by at just over 29fps but, unlike games, film uses a blur effect to make the frames appear seamless. Try it. Lock a game at 30fps and play a bit. Then lock it at 60fps. You'll notice it's a lot smoother. I think once you hit around 80fps is when you wont notice it when your fps fluctuates like it naturally does. But anything below that you can (or at least I can) see the difference between 60fps and 55fps.

Onos IIRC people can't see higher than 30 fps, 40 fps sometimes? D= It's hard to say since eyes don't work in frames but irl we see at about what's equal to 45 fps... with video the human eye probably can't differentiate between 40fps and 60fps, but in games you really can because it affects how smooth it is.
try this: play on whatever setting gives you at least 60 fps (ctrl alf f to view fps in-game), then play with EVERYTHING on low and see the fps and play for a few minutes or seconds. Tell me if you don't notice the increase in smoothness.
