so, i recently decided i liked this guy (i'm guard, he's trumpet, both leaders of some kind in band) that i...well i kinda know him but we've never really hung out outside band stuff. i knew he was "socially awkward" as my friends put it, but we're in band. thats NORMAL ya know? so i asked him to the (i think first-ever) sadie hawkins dance, but he "doesn't do dances" so he wanted to make it up to me and so we went to jamba juice today at lunch....then i realized the only music he listened to was classical/concert and jazz...i mean, i like that music too, but i listen to everything else too. then he's never been to jamba juice EVER before today....THEN he almost crashed into the car in front of us at a red light...THEN (the icing on the cake) he can't freaking park either, and totally scrapes up the side of the car next to where he's trying to park, and i realize its one of our band friend's car!!! he was going to pretend like nothing happened but then my best friend had been in the parking lot and saw THE WHOLE THING!!! so it's like....woowww....that was special....(if there's ever a next time, I'M DRIVING!!!!!! hahahaha)

Lol. That doesn't seem like the best date. smile I hope the next one goes better. And you got to get that kid to listen to better music. LOL

wow that seems like a bad date ^^" at least you got someone like that the only guys that seem to like me are all pervs, (ugh) *shivers at the thought* I have no idea why though so yeah. i hope i at least find a guy who's really nice.

Everyone has bad dates, so give the guy another chance. I'm sure he's really sweet, but first dates are so akward. And you like the guy...so. Besides, you can get him to come out of his shell more and stuff.

think of it this way... if he a super nice guy... maybe he was just really nervous and doesnt get out of his box... you'll just have to show him the world if you still like him 4laugh which would be super cute! rofl

haha well that was a while ago now, and i think we decided to pretend it never happened (hmm...maybe thats a trend with me and guys...no one ever mentions the fact that me and my friend dated over 3 years ago...lol) except once he took some of my friends out to lunch and he asked me if i had been telling them he's a bad driver!! sweatdrop rofl i was like "...no....maybe...." hahaha it was funny...but anyways there was no "next time" and we're both seniors and i don't even know where he's going next year...plus i give up on boys until next year. biggrin
