Does anyone know how to unlock Sunset house... ive already unlocked Driftwood... but i have no idea how to unlock it.

You just have to find it. I think you fast travel to Mourningwood to find it. It's easy to locate as I recall..

I wouldn't go there until after you've become king/queen- there's a demon door there who will give you a million gold (lol sounds like a bad hacker.)
