I started the horse pill antibiotics for my IUD insertion about 30 minutes ago

That's strange. When Natalie got her IUD, she didn't need any medication at all. What kind did you get?

Paragard, the copper IUD. No hormones. They gave me anibiotics as a precaution because some women have infections after insertion. Only three days worth though.
