Really? They kind of look like Imperial Knights of the Ku Klux Klan to me. Was the author/artist of the manga going for that or something?

yea im sure the clan got there ideas from somewhere. but yea its hellsing and hes got the main char for cosplay.
symbols can have multiable meanings but this news doesnt worry me... china and north korea do
This has been a threat for a while. It does no good to be any more fearful about it now. That's my opinion anyway.
I also noticed buffer's Hellsing cosplay before, but I really don't know much about the series itself. I still think the artist may have been trying to make a statement by drawing the Catholics like that. They really do look like Klansmen, I swear.
sweatdrop im 99.99% sure that the kkk robes are purposely based off of old catholic ceremonial robes that had the pointed hat.... and just to through this out there... hellsing kicks unfathomable amounts of a**. XD
That might be something interesting to research when the mood strikes me. Just going by what I've read about Hellsing, it does seem to kick a**.
