THE DOLPHINS DID IT!! Those evil little dolphins are ALWAYS f*king with our minds!!! Pretending to be our friends and sh*t to put our guards down before they do something like this!!
Lol, but seriously, it's most likely a case of illegal dumping. Someone most likely dumped some chemical in the water that poisoned the fish and the birds that ate the fish or swam in the water got poisoned too.
