Negative Reborn
Special Summon 1 monster from either player's Graveyard ignoring the summoning condition. Destroy the monster that was Special Summoned by this effect during the End Phase, then you cannot use "Monster Reborn" for the rest of the duel.

"ignoring the summoning condition" is it's only redeeming quality, really. Monster Reborn is a hundred times better. :v

Would be better if it said 'neither player can use "Monster Reborn" for the rest of the duel' like spore.
