RPC Personality: Kazuhiko radiates calm most of the time. He is kind as well preferring to withhold personal judgment until he gets to know people well enough to make an accurate opinion. He is respectful to those higher ranked than him and loyal to friends. He is more than willing to sacrifice himself if it is for the greater good.
RPC Bio: (I dislike this bio for the record and I intend to make a new one sometime down the road. The rest of this profile has just drained my creative juices for the moment.) Kazuhiko was once a normal child living in Karakura Town with lots of friends. His parents were well known actors and were generally well liked by everyone which helped with him making friends. One day when Kazu got home from school he discovered that his parents had been murdered by some crazed fan. The murderer then took the knife to Kazu killing him as well before he killed himself. Next thing Kazu knew he woke up in Soul Society without any sign of his parents at all and completely alone. He was found shortly after by some nice family and and went to stay with them for awhile. As he got older he became close friends with the family's son that was close to his age and entered into the academy with him. They each graduated with somewhat high marks and Kazu went into the First Division and his friend went into the Eleventh Division.
Years went by and things seemed to be going quite well in his division and his friendship and rivalry with the boy kept him working hard. Feeling happier than he had in a long time he was quite content with things the way they were. While on a mission with him they encountered an Arrancar that proceeded to kill his friend and leave him for dead before he was saved. Since that day he has worked increasingly harder to make sure that the next time he would be ready to fight an arrancar. Shortly after he was adopted into a noble family and achieved bankai rising through the ranks in the First Division. Now he stands as the Lieutenant Commander of Soul society serving his new Captain with loyalty. However he is still unsure of what to think of her childish nature though there is no denying that she deserves the position.

Namihime (波姫, Wave Princess) A standard katana with dark blue tsuka-ito, a matching dark-blue saya, and a small ribbon coming out of the kashira. The tsuba is a full circle, is silver in color and has a flowing water design in it's center. Namihime's primary elemental focus is that of water, but through extension, ice is also included.
- Shikai: It is triggered by the command Sobieru (聳える, to rise) which causes the blade to lengthen to 2 feet, 3 inches.
- Shikai Special Ability: Namihime's Shikai grants Kazu certain aspects over the control of water, specifically generating it from his Zanpakutō or his own body.
- Ametsumari (雨詰まり, rain blockade)
By taking either pointer finger and pointing it to the sky and then flicking it to point at the target, a large surge of water falls from the sky to crush the target. The surge itself is quite wide in diameter and is thus hard to escape.
Kaikō Shindō (海溝 震動, deep impact) [ironically, those Kanji can also be translated as ocean trench tremor]
By striking his opponent with an open palm, a surge of water is shot out of his palm much like a piston, hitting the opponent with 300 pounds of force.
Mizumi (水剣, water blade)
This technique alters Namihime's blade into water that uses rapidly moving water molecules to increase cutting power for Kazu's swordsmanship.
Mizusaki (水先, direction of a current)
When Namihime is swung a large surge of water is called forth from the swing's path and is fired out once the swing is completed. The water is pressurized enough to topple a Gillian and can demolish a large building with ease.
Suijinheki (水陣壁, water encampment wall)
Water erupts in front of him to create a wall of water used to block attacks. This technique can also be directed beneath the opponent erupt underneath the opponent to skewer them from below.

Bankai: Tsunamihime (津波姫, Tidal Wave Princess) Upon release, the blade straightens and lengthens, becoming sharp on both sides. The tsuka curves near the kashira, the tsuka-ito changes into dark blue silk, a long, dark blue tassel extends out of the kashira and the tsuba disappears completely.
- Bankai Special Ability: With Namihime's Bankai, Kazu is granted a greater control over the raging force of water and with it, a certain amount of ice control from freezing water molecules.
- Water Techniques
- Bōsōmizu (暴走水, rampaging water)
Gathers all the water around into one big wave of water that crashes down on his opponent and him. Because of how destructive it can be he only uses it as a last resort.
Daishio (大潮, the large part of the tide)
This technique is the Mizusaki's origin and it is significantly more powerful. When Namihime is swung a large surge of water is called forth from the swing's path and is fired out once the swing is completed. The water is pressurized enough to blow a Gillian several yards and is capable of reducing a large building to debris.
- Kawatama (川弾, river bullet)
This technique significantly reduces the diameter of Daishio, narrowing it to the size of a dime that allows the attack to punch holes in steel. Instead of swinging Namehime however, Kawatama is fired from Namihime's kissaki.
Mizuni (水煮, boil in water)
This is Namihime's ability to rapidly increase the temperature of water and cause it to boil. At full force, the water will instantly evaporate, but if withheld, the water will go to a rolling boil and be used as a scorching attack. By using this in conjunction with his techniques, he can increase their damage by allowing the water used to scorch the target as well.
Sazanami (細波, ripple)
By twirling in a circle with Namihime extended, Kazu can generate highly pressurized waves that shoot out from his body similar to a ripple in a body of water.
Ice Techniques
- Hidō (氷胴, ice body)
While in Bankai the user is able to do a variation of Utsusemi that leaves behind an ice clone after moving retaining their physical appearance for a few seconds. It is used as a distraction, and when struck, will explode and spread ice shards across a medium sized area, that stab into the opponent and create the same effects as Himi.
Himi (氷身, ice blade)
This is used after Namihime's blade has been turned to water by Mizumi. The water blade instantly freezes and should it cut someone, the wound left behind when will instantly numb over due to the temperature generated by the blade. Ice crystals will form as this occurs, hindering movement in that area and in 2 posts, that area will be fully frozen and if not treated properly, the affected area will experience a large case of cell death and be rendered completely useless.
Hinami (氷波, ice wave)
After making a fist with either hand, Kazu flicks his fingers outward, creating an ethereal white wave that pulsates out from his hand and instantly freezes anything it passes over. Objects frozen become quite brittle and can then be broken with any decent hit.
Kesshōchi (結晶地, crystal earth)
Considered to be Namihime's final form as it will completely drain Kazu of his Reiryoku and render him unconscious after use. Kesshōchi creates a 200-square foot area of absolute zero temperatures (−273.15 °C) regardless of any heat sources within the area as the technique will suck the heat from them as well. At such extreme temperatures, events which do not normally occur in nature begin to happen, such as breakdowns on atomic level and super conductivity. Anything within this area will become completely frozen solid and upon uttering the phrase Tatakikowasu (叩き壊す, to shatter) anything trapped inside will break apart and be killed instantly.

Shinigami Techniques
- Hohō Master - While not being the fastest shinigami his skill in the execution of the technique is what makes him a master. He is able to execute flawless use of agility techniques. While not being the fastest user he is not slow either.
- Chiku (馳駆, Dashing) - This skill allows the user to throw him/herself to a certain direction using a certain angle of which way the the stance is directed and executed. Based on an individual's attributes, dashing can be quite a moderately fast move instead of running. Also depending on the distance, dashing can be quite useful if in closer range to the opponent.
Shunpo (瞬歩, Flash Steps) - This skill is a movement technique that allows the user to move faster than the eye can follow. The focal point that determines the basis of this technique is speed. As speed is the main point of the technique the method is best characterized by how fast one can get from point A to point B in the least amount of steps. Training and skill are what determines how fast a user of Shunpo can move; those of little skill in the technique or those who haven't used it an extended amount of time would obviously be out of practice, causing those individuals to be considerably slower, which requires the use of more steps to move the same distance and become winded far easier in a shorter amount of time.
Kōsoku (高速, High Speed) - A higher grade ability that allows for faster movement over Shunpo.
Kazemai (風舞, Wind Dance) - A speed movement that creates a large gust of wind around the user, allowing them to travel extremely long distances at insanely fast speeds.
Senka (閃花, Flash Blossom) - This technique is a special Shunpo technique where one moves to their opponents back, directly attacking and sealing one's "Saketsu (鎖結, Chain Binding)" and "Hakusui (鎖結, Soul Sleep)" in one strike. The movement is so fast that an opponent may not be able to tell whether he was attacked from the front or the back and even an outside observer may find it impossible to tell what the movements are.
Tenmetsumi (点滅身, Flickering Body) - An incomplete version of Utsusemi, this is a skill that leaves behind an afterimage of the user that instantly begins shimmering out of sight.
Zanjutsu Master - Kazuhiko is ambidextrous and has a somewhat unorthodox method to handling a katana. it is not uncommon to see him change hands while in movement to catch the opponent off guard. He might even intentionally appear to be slower or weaker with one hand just to deliver a powerful cut in a single instance preferring to try and end fights as quickly as possible. He is skilled in the use of quickly unsheathing and resheathing his katana for cuts of extreme precision and speed. He is always looking to adapt his style to better help him against an opponent. He is also extremely skilled in using his katana in a defensive manner. He might go on the defensive to try and tire his opponent out or to look for an opening for a devastating counterattack. He is capable of using both releases of his zanpakuto.
- Nadegiri (撫で斬り, Clean Sweep) - This basic technique allows for a precision cut of extreme force and speed, it can casually slice through large, multi-story high opponents protected by steel skin. The opponent can be killed with one swift slash so precise, that they aren't even aware of until after it has taken place.
Immense Reiatsu - Kazuhiko has an immense reiatsu that is powerful and comparable to some Captains. Releasing it is somewhat of an attack itself. Full exposure to his reiatsu gives the victim the impression of being deep underwater with pressure crushing them from every possible angle. When released his reiatsu is Slate Blue.
- Fear - Reiatsu, at its most basic level can instill fear in others when it is very high (in comparison to the one feeling it). Willpower is the simplest way to fight this method.
Stunning - High level of spiritual power can cause those of lower power to be stunned by simply being in the presence of a high level spiritual being. It is not uncommon for Humans and souls alike to get the wind knocked out of them by simply being near a spiritual being with a high level of spiritual pressure.
Paralysis - When a Spiritual being of high reiatsu chooses to they can paralyze an opponent just by focusing pressure through their stare.
Enhanced Durability - Kazuhiko has thick hierro like shield of reiryoku that surrounds him making him extremely durable when taking into account the potential to damage him. He has been known to take attacks head on without much physical damage.
High Level Strength - Kazuhiko has a high amount of physical strength though comparative to other shinigami he is certainly not the strongest out there nor is he the weakest.
Enhanced Endurance - Kazuhiko as a high amount of endurance and is extremely resistant to damage being able to keep going unhindered with all but the deadliest of wounds.
Hakuda User - While having no identifiable style Kazuhiko is still somewhat skilled in the art of hakuda. He tends to blur styles together using what suits him in the moment.
