Having a dispute about whether or not a move was fair, and can't come to an agreement? Alright, post in here. Just follow the rules below, and make sure to be polite and respectful. Remember, we are taking OUR time to do this for YOU.
The Supreme Court ~~> ..s.k.i.t.t.l.e.s.. ~~> ~~>

Terms of Use Here are the steps and rules for those who wish to bring a case before the Court.
To bring a case before the Court, you must create a thread with the purpose of the case. For example, "Godmodding", "Threatening", "Too Much OoC in the RP", etc. In the thread you will out this:
Complainant: (YOUR name) Accused: (Name{s} of those causing the problem) The Alleged Incident: (What happened. Make sure to be specific. If it is discovered you have deleted posts, the case is dismissed.) Link to Incident: (Simply a link to where it occured) Judges on the Case: (The Judges fill this part out. Just leave it blank for now.) Ruling: (This will be filled by the judges at the end of the case)
Rules Be Polite ~~> The Judges are volunteers. This Court is a privilege, and thus it can be denied to you if you are too rude. Be Respectful ~~> If a decision is made then that is it. They have the final say. If you insult a Judge for their decision, your right to the Court will be revoked, and you may well be banned by a Supreme Court Judge. Be Truthful ~~> After you give us your information with the above format, the Judges will be investigating your claims. So remember to be truthful, because if you are found to by lying your case is dismissed. Anyone Can Be Called ~~> Anyone can be called before the court, even the Captain of the Guild, Lanfaer! The Judges may also be called upon if their actions are brought before the court. In such events, YOU, the accuser, may choose someone else (anyone in the guild) to take that Judges place. Be Not Afraid ~~> Don't feel bad about calling someone down on being a God-modder or a Metaplayer. We want to know if you are having an issue with someone, even if its simply because they are being rude to you. Don't feel afraid to saying anything about anyone. If they are being bad, they deserve to be tried.

Terms of Office There are three judges, and only three at any time. The Judge's job is to hear the case, investigate the case, and judge the case. There are rules, however, that all Judges must follow. If you do not, you will be abdicated from your post, and possibly banned, if the Supreme Court decides so. The Rules are as follows:
Be Respectful~~> You are judging people's actions, but this does not give you a right to be rude. If you are rude, you will be disciplined, and your name removed from all cases you are currently on. The Rule of Three~~> All three Judges must participate in every case, for only then is it truly fair. Judgment and punishment is rendered when a majority vote is made. Be Impartial~~> You cannot have a predisposition with the people involved in the case. If you do not believe you can be impartial, or it is believed you cannot by another Judge or a Supreme Judge, you will be removed from the case and replaced by someone of the Supreme Court's choosing for the remainder of this particular case. Be Just~~> The steps to performing a trial are easy, but important. First, sign your name at the bottom of the Case's format. Then, you investigate the Case, asking all relevant party questions, as well as reading over everything said in the location of the issue. All relevant information must be considered. Then, you will render judgment, and explain your judgment. Fill out the relevant areas of the case's main page. Make sure to record in the case's thread every PM you have used with everyone who you have spoken to. If you do not, your case will be thrown out, and you will be removed as a Judge. Stay Thy Hand~~> Judges do not have the power, by themselves, to ban another member for any infraction. However, if the Judges believe that banning is deserved, they are to make the case a Sticky, and inform the Supreme Judges of their decision. The Supreme Judges will then take it from there. Ask, and Thou Shalt Receive~~> If you are unsure, at all, as to what to decide, you may speak with the Supreme Judges for advice in your case. If at any time you do not believe you can render judgment on any of your cases fairly, speak with a Supreme Judge and they will assign someone else to your case.

Supreme Court: Appeals and Banning The Supreme Court is the court of three Supreme Judges that oversee the three Judges as well as cases dealing with bannings. Here a member is able to appeal the decisions handed down by the Judges. However, know that the judge has the right to deny a member's appeal, with absolutely no reason if need be. The Supreme Judges are selected for their massive impartiality, and thus they will only select to accept Case Appeals if they believe there was an infraction committed somewhere in the judging process.
Now, to appeal your case, you must fill out the following application and post it in the appropriate thread:
Name of Complainant: (Keep the italics. Anyway, this is where you place your name.) Location: [x] Reasoning: (Tell us what has happened that makes you believe the judgment in your case was unfair) Investigating Officers: (The Supreme Judges fill this in) Judgment: (What the Supreme Judges decide)
If you are a Judge, however, who is asking that the person(s) judged in your case be banned, you must fill out this application and post it in the appropriate thread:
Name of Complainant: (Keep the italics. Anyway, this is where you place your name.) Location: [x] Reasoning: (Tell us why we should ban this person. Be thorough, for if you aren't and its found that crucial information was left out your case will be dismissed instantly)
