Asterix's soul ached as he meditated in the training fields. His eyes closed with his blade, Saika, resting comfortably on his laps. The blade was sheathed within in the scabbard, something of a kin to seal for the blade; being that the only time Asterix did not feel its negative influence over him. The few times he felt peace, so as he meditated he took this opportunity to condensate with that of his bijuu.
"Kokuō, are you there." Asterix would humbly call upon his partner.
The world around Asterix would grow dark and the sound of chuckling would be heard. A candle lit room would form from the darkness, and Kokuō would show himself. The wise bijuu, Kokuō, primarily resembles a white horse, but with a dolphin's head. It has two pointed long horns and three shorter horns in front. The ends of its horns, hooves, and tails are light brown, with some of the same-colored spots before the brown areas of its horns and hooves. It also has red markings under its dark blue-green eyes.
“Yes, as always.” The bijuu would say a slight chuckle with in his speech.
“Yes, well of course. I wished to hear your ideals of what I should do with Saika, such a blade as it should not be able to walk the earth, especially amongst those who are so corrupted and wish for power.” Asterix would say, knowing that if Saika came into the hands of some one with the strong enough will, that they could easily take over the world. Its influence was to grand, and only those will a powerful will could break from its grasp.
Kokuō would interject. “You and Saika are one though; if it should perish then you shall die as well. It is because of that a cursed blade that you have eternal life, and it is because of my chakra that you sustain your form. Why rid, the blade while knowing you would yourself of life?”
Asterix grew silent at the question given to him. “It would be a well worth sacrifice to prevent the past from repeating itself; no one should have to relive what I have. Besides I have lived a grand life, and it is because of Saika that I cannot live as I’ve done in my past one. This blade is as you say it is, a curse, and it is too grand of one to exist.” Asterix would say.
“Then if you believe this to be true than why do you ask me, when you have your mind set?” Would be all Kokuō would say before smirking at Asterix. “Think on that, I’m going to rest now.” With that said the world around Asterix would grow dark.
Asterix eyes would open and he would look upon the training grounds around him. The village was peaceful, and he had a deal to see the end of.
