My first attempt at a layer cake was today
It was kind of fail (said fail can be seen here)
But now I have a better idea of what I need to do and I'll make it better next time.

So tell me JB about your baking experiences/baking plans <3

My next cake will be a banana cake with vanilla frosting
After that I'm planning on a yellow layer cake with chocolate frosting and in the middle layer having fresh raspberries and chocolate frosting x3
I also want to try a cake where you use fresh fruit to decorate the top <3

It had a few bald patches later on because people kept taking the frosting off on me D<

Funny story about that frosting xD
It tastes like marshmallows and apparently has gelatin in it
My sister is a vegetarian and refuses to eat anything with gelatin in it but is a big time sugar whore
The entire family called that she would get home and snitch frosting before realizing it had gelatin in it
Lo and behold, little miss vegetarian got home from school and snitched the frosting. She ran over to the recycle bin the read the box for the frosting and found out it had gelatin
I know it's bad for me to laugh, but I did xD
