Well it seems you have the use of jutsu down, if I wasn't using wind jutsu you attacks would be doing really well. I forgot to address this a second ago about the shaking of the room, it is more than the force of you explosive tag, it is our two massive monsters colliding, and the wind from my dragon ripping threw the room, the flames from you bomb being amplified by my dragon and the simple force caused by two chuunin level jutsu colliding like that would certainly leave a nice big reaction able to shake a room of almost any size, it would have shaken the ground for a couple miles if we were out side, not a knocking over trees kind of thing but a nice sized rumble under you feet.
Any way we are going to move into hand to hand combat feel free to use any taijutsu skills a Genin would have available to them.
Ten didn't hear a reaction to his jutsu so he scanned the arena for a sign of attack, as he scanned he noticed that there were many black snakes slithering toward him, he thought for only a moment before he reacted. Sprinting toward the snakes he weaved another set of hand seals and jumped into the smoke landing in what he assumed would be a large amount of snakes, just as he landed he said " Assassins rush! " A massive explosion of wind was created behind Ten ripping the cloud of dust and dirt around him away and spending all the snaked he jumped over flying powerful into the far wall, the boy stretched the ink monster jutsu very thin when he made so many snakes, this made each of the snakes rather weak so this level of a wind jutsu would have no problem ripping them all apart. This wasn't the only benefit the jutsu had, it also closed the gap between Ten and the boy he was teaching in a second, Ten would be launched so fast and powerful toward the boy there would be very little Hokaido would be able to do. Ten was thinking a kick to the lungs would be nice, or a simple punch to the head would make him feel great about the boy having been so rude earlier.
Instead Ten realized he was a teacher and should act as such, so he landed skidding to a halt in front of the boy and said " Time for some tiajutsu training, you did ok in your use of jutsu... even tho you couldn't hit me... but you did fine. As Ten spoke the devastation from his jutsu would still be going on behind him coming to a close just as he finished speaking.
Fuuton: Kyoushu no Tosshin (Wind Release: Assassin’s Rush)
Description: Expelling a great deal of chakra, the user forces a vast amount of wind out behind them. This blast of wind has two effects, first, anything behind the user will likely be knocked over by the blast, secondly it propels the user extremely quickly in their desired direction, and the user may use the wind to make continual adjustments to their trajectory during this short dash. The dash lasts for barely a second, but in that time the user can cover considerable distance, making this an excellent assassination jutsu as the name implies. After use the user must wait three posts before using it again.

( So? I should still see your chaka level, because in a real battle I would be able to see my opponent's chakra level. This way it simulates a regular battle to a greater extent.
I did, didn't you notice my little comment about how he had no idea you had thrown something at him, so he didn't know why you said to think fast?
Well, since they cover the entire floor for about twenty feet going toward you at the exact same speed, they couldn't turn to angle you into a different corner, nor could they Dispell into mist. Ink can't become mist, and that isn't something I can do without destroying my Toad... )
( Whoa whoa whoa whoa! I made each snake weak? No, they are regular snakes made of ink... Just because I make something that mass produces something doesn't make the quality of those objects go down. They are all equal, and are all as if I had drawn a snake on the scroll and produced it.
Plus, you never mentioned the snakes infront of you. As soon as you jump in the middle, they are all going to lung at you. And since they are infront of you, the least you would have done is run into them, seeing as you never even mentioned them, you kinda " Meta Gamed ". Even though it is god modding, or auto dodging.
Also, I could do quite a bit... I could havedrawn a flying sword fish, or a tortise that was rooted to the ground with a javelin sticking out of it's shell so that you would have ended your jutsu just as he appeared, and since you wouldn't have your wind boosting you, or changing your direction, you would have been impaled... Just because I'm a genin doesn't mean that I'm not to be taken seriously.
Also, Hokaido has no taijutsu skills. He has a Kodachi, which would technically be considered Bukijutsu is he were to use it. )

Yes the snakes are weaker, when you made so many you stretched your charkra out in a large quantity which makes them weaker. I assumed the toad was only for show since I told you that your dragon wouldn't able to shoot flames, why would a toad be able to spit out snakes if a dragon can't shoot flames? If it was just for show I would have let it pass but the large number of snakes you produces from the toad would have sucked up all his ink making him useless.
No you couldn't have pulled off one of those things you said, it happened in less than a second it is a Jounin level jutsu, and I came out of a cloud of dust so you couldn't have seen it coming before I used the jutsu. Also I used the jutsu as soon as I touched the ground, the snake would have been able to see me before I touched down and since I activated the jutsu as soon as I did there was nothing they would have been able to do. Also ink can become mist and you could have had snake move around to the left or right to attack at me easily.
There is no reason for me to show you anything about this character I am only here to make sure you understand how things work in a fight, you have shown you use jutsu just fine or I thought you did untill you didn't understand how spreading your chakra thin would produce something weaker... This rpc has unlimited charka and never needs to sleep, he can use any taijutsu move, genjutsu move or ninjutsu move he want if it helps his student understand how it works. I think we should move onto taijutsu now, if you think you still need to work on ninjutsu then we will start back with that.

( No, it was a demonic toad the size of Gama that spews snakes. Typical Japanese demon. It had the ability to spew out snakes. So it did. The toad pretty much is useless, he just spews the snakes. That's why I had him run away. And they grow when they leave the page, so technically you can't tell how much Ink they have. Hokaido could barely even tell. Until they are broken, they have limitless ink.
Ok, Whoa. The snakes would have lunged at you while you were still in the air, so up to the point you touched the ground, you would have to deal with them. Then, for about thirty feet between you and Hokaido it is covered completely with Snakes, so they would still lung at you. You jumped directly in the middle of a thirty by thirty square of Snakes. You couldn't possibly get out of it without any ink on you what so ever.
Yeah, there kind of is. In a real fight, which is what I need experience with, I would see my opponent's chakra levels. I would get some sort of an idea what they were capable of.
And again, I didn't spread my chakra thin, you didn't understand that was the toad's ability. It doesn't make my jutsu weaker, my jutsu comes out at a set limit for what I drew. I drew a demonic toad that spews out floods and floods of snakes. So it is C Rank in strength and it can't be any weaker than that.
I don't need Taijutsu, unless you are teaching me to evade or block, my character is a ninjutsu specialist in RP, and in this I can just have my character draw a seal on your face, pour in 20 points of chakra, and make your head weigh several tons. )

You are wrong, even in the show when Sai wants snakes HE DRAWS SNAKES! and even then there are only a small amount, what your trying to do is a jounin or higher level jutsu and it is not aloud at a Chuunin rank, simple as that.
I jumped into a large cloud of smoke your snakes wouldn't have noticed I was there and if they did they wouldn't have had time to really react since as soon as I touched down I launched a Jounin level jutsu. I didn't think you summoned a endless amount of snakes with a Chuunin level jutsu because that is ... just wrong, no other way to put it really. I assumed it was around thirty snakes and the crowd was moving toward me which would leave a gap between you and the smoke covered area wich is what I jumped into before I used my jutsu. At the velocity my rpc would move any ink would simply fly off him you don't seem to understand the amount of speed I am moving at. The jutsu lets you cover considerable distances in under a second, it says that in the description.
You did spread your chakra thin you didn't and still don't understand you rpc limits as a Genin. Also you would have to plan out and land that several ton trick of your which is not easy seeing as someone one could wipe it off before you activate it by touching them, or move there face in the middle of your seal. That plan is riddled with flaws and you aren't trying to learn your trying to win a fight. That's not what this is, not really, you are supposed to be trying something and then seeing how it works, when I tell you something is wrong it is wrong I am not trying to beat you in a fight I am trying to teach you and your constant no I am right attitude is getting in the way of that. I understand I said that debate is fine but everything I say you have a problem with.

( Did you not notice I drew the demon toad throwing up snakes? I said throwing up because of the sheer quantity on the paper. Really it would have looked like a river flowing from the Demon toad's mouth. So I did draw them.
And it is a C ranked jutsu, seeing as there is no jutsu for creating things other than that one. It couldn't be a A ranked jutsu because there isn't an A ranked jutsu.
No, the cloud of smoke was no where near my snakes. I ran around to the left far enough I could see your back. I was on your back right side. The explosion was directly infront of you, therefore it wouldn't have been in any way, shape, or form, a part of this equation.
It is a jutsu, simple as that. You can't pass the limits of the jutsu, and therefore you can't spread your chakra thin in a jutsu. ( Like Gregar828 said, We are not Naruto )
Ok, if you are looking at me in the face and I draw three lines, and then roll my wrist so that I touch you as soon as the final brush stroke is finished, when will you have time to wipe it off? And if you just stopped moving after going fast enough to close that gap in seconds, then how are you going to move? You'd at the very least be regaining your balance, the only way you'd move is if you fell over.
I would try and see how it works, but without knowing anything about what I'm up against, it is kinda hard. Also, you were almost wrong completely on the whole my fire jutsu defeating your tornado, the only problem was mine wasn't offencive, and it was a rank too low. If it had been the same rank, and offencive, then it would have worked. So forgive me when I think that I might be right.
I am supposed to be trying to beat you, that's what I need help with, figuring out how to beat someone, not " Ok, do this... Ok, now this... Ok, good good. Now let's move on to taijutsu. " I need help learning how to defeat people, the stages of defeat, how a battle could go wrong, or how it could go right. That's why I was hesitant to accept your offer to teach me, because I didn't think you understood that. I know the basics of each type of fighting, I need to learn how to chain it together in a series of posts to achieve a good result. Being a Genin up against someone with absolutely no parameters, I can't possibly hope to learn anything. )

And I'm honestly not trying to come off as I'm right, you're wrong, but if I just ask, that is probably the exact answer I'd recieve. Maybe sugar coated, but in essence, that's what I'd get. )
