In Episode 52, Princess Vs Princess, a festival is going on in which women are allowed to force men to do whatever they want. Early in the episode, a sign is seen behind Jessie, shown in the picture below. Coincidence?

While I agree there, I'd say it's more a message about how women who PMS act like the festival allows them to do legally anyway.
