Assuming that there are some japanese gals here, I have a small request, it's gonna' sound..wierd to say the least. But I have this friend, who has this huge thing about japan- the culture, the accent, the girls. Don't suppose you could take a pic holding a sign saying hello (his name) couldya'? Wierd yeah, but I thought it'd be sorta' cool, and I'd like to see his reaction so tell me if anyone's willing, then I'll give you his name. razz

If you knew my friend, you'd know better. He's like me I guess (though I prefer british I guess), just bored of the norm here in america, needs something new. smile Asians to Europeans = exotic, mysterious, interesting. Europeans to Europeans=bland. lol. No offense, but this is just me speaking, me, maybe it is the trophy thing, but him, no way, not at all...wow, just no..

You're misunderstanding me, I'd assume he's quite aware asians are humans, but it's to the same extent of saying...that girls' not my type. I've seen plenty of girls who were attractive and nice, but not my type, so I myself was not attracted to them. Asians, are "his type" of girl(or more likely to be since they have the physical thing down for the most part, making one less thing to rule- the mental). Look, I don't expect the request fullfilled, I just thought it'd be cool is all. I might sound like a jerk, he may as well, but if that's the case, than you've not understood a thing I've been trying to say. Lol, obviously, you're offended though, I'd figured as much would happen.

I'm not offended, I just roll my eyes when I hear guys say "oh, I love asian girls" and think they're so great any everyone else is just blah, I would say the same thing to a guy who only likes blonde hair and blue eyes. I guess I can understand the "she's my type", I never attracted enough guys to have the luxury of being picky.

But I definitely don't understand the purpose of having some random girl hold up your friends name so that he could oogle her. You could just print out some pretty Japanese celebrity, sign it like an autograph and say, "check it, this hot girl signed this for you!" biggrin

Japanese girls in Japan go out with anyone foreign-wise (and I don't mean EVERY girl I mean every girl of certain types, i.e. the gyarus, the b-girls, the spoiled ojyo-samas and the golddiggers/party girls).

That's the reason why nearly every single gaijin guy in Japan is ugly, and has a head filled that he is god's gift to (Japanese) women. They turn arrogant and snotty to gaijin women who can see right through their facade: They could never compete with men on their own turf, but in Japan they can get a date the moment they get out of the airport.

They look down on their fellow country women, and think Japanese women are better in all ways, but really, we just sit there and snicker and say what this guy isn't hearing; "We (gaijin) girls would NEVER go out with someone like him". neutral
