It's time for everyone's favorite thread: THE RULES!

1. Follow the Gaian TOS, guidelines, and rules.

2. Respect all members and mods.

3. No godmodding (automatically hit your moves, counter everything, not feeling pain at all)

4. Please write correctly. In other words: No 1337, NO CAPS LOCK ALL THE TIME (except if your character is yelling in a promo, and even there, bold text can do well), and be literate.

5. You can use a maximum of 3 characters. They can't be involved against each other and they can only help one another if they are an official tag team. An official tag team is a team that has posted his profile in the thread made for that in the profile section.

6. Reals will not be allowed in this guild.

7. Bookers are the only ones who can make matches. If you want a match against somebody else, you can either ask a mod, use the GM Office thread in the matches subforums or book it in the Dark Matches/House Show section (but follow that section rules too)

8. If your opponent does not reply in 2 days (48 hours at least), you may have one auto hit/auto connect. If your opponent didn't reply after 3 days (72 hours) after the auto hit, you won the match.

--8.1. If you are in a tag team match, and one person is declared inactive, it would be a bit frustrating for the other RPers to not be able to RP because of one. So, when such cases happens, the autowin only counts for the inactive one, and not the whole team, which means the match continues without that person.

--8.2. If you are able to get an autohit/win and want to call it, please give a notice in your post, saying you're calling it. A ((Auto-hit)) in double parenthesis, or any OOC quotation you're using is fine for that.

9. If you are inactive for 2 cycles in a row and you noticed no mods about your absence (see rule 10), your character will be removed from booking. After that, you must tell a moderator you're back within the next two cycles. If you don't, you will be banned for inactivity.

10. If you're supposed to be out for a while, please let us know by posting the dates of your vacations in the thread we prepared for that. During your vacation, the match will be suspended until you come back or the person of your choice can puppet your character. If you will be absent for more than one cycle, we'll take care of pulling an injury storyline.

11. You can interfere in a match if and ONLY IF:
- You are feuding with one character involved
- Everyone involved in the match accepted and a moderator approved
Do NOT interfere if:
- The roleplayers involved in the match disagreed with that
- You are new and want to make a name for yourself
- You just feel like it

12. Every cycle will be around 2 weeks. After 1-2 cycles, there will be a PPV cycle.

13. If a moderator is involved in a match, he cannot end his own match. Instead, another moderator will end it for him. It is to prevent someone to tdo some "power abuse".

14. A moderator won't PM you to say if your match has started. It will be announced on the thread name once a cycle starts. It is your responsibility to check if something happens.

15. Unless you're calling an autohit or autowin (put please call it, just so we know), it is recommended to not do double-posting (2 posts in a row in your match). In other words, just no spamming.

16. Have fun!

Quote:
There is what happens to those who don't follow the rules
1st time: Warning
2nd time: All your characters lose their actual match and are suspended for 1 to 2 cycles. If they hold titles and do not defend them in the matches they're in, they will be stripped from them.
3rd time: YOU'RE FIRED!

There we go! You read all the rules of IFC! Now respect them! xd
