So I just got done reading The Sacrifice, in which fans claimed Bill died saving the rest of the L4D1 crew. I call bullshit.
We do not see him die. We see him wounded and about to be bombarded by Tanks, but I don't see a ******** body at the end, man. ******** ALL OFFICIAL STATEMENTS IF THERE ARE ANY, BILL IS ALIVE.

• Bill is not dead; agree with me.
• Other video game characters falsely accused of dying.
• The events of "The Sacrifice" comic.
• Bill/Louis/Zoey and how perfect it is.

Ummmmm.... well, I suppose he could be alive. I didn't figure it that way but I guess he could. Like any show/movie where you don't actually see someone die and they come back. I dunno, it seems really unlikely to me.
:3 Maybe he will come back as a zombie though.

I don't see why he wouldn't have made it out of there... He basically kills the tanks by himself anyway. Sure, he was ******** up, but considering how dark that comic was and their attention to detail... If there wasn't even a black and red spattered silhouette panel somewhere showing him being hefted up or just plain smashed, I call bullshit.
Naz, that's what a witch is for. They drag Louis AND Zoey off into the dark.

Hmm. Maybe we should google this s**t? I'm sure Valve has commented on it somewhere...
And yet, I am hesitant, because a) I am lazy, and b) I don't want to know if Valve wants to break our hearts like Rowling.

I say just wait until L4D3 comes out. Hopefully there won't be a new cast and it's just a combination of both crews. Zoey says they "lost a man" on the other side of the bridge during The Passing campaign, but for all she knows Bill is just sitting somewhere smoking a cigarette and waiting for someone to help him up.
Maybe Bill will be back. Ya never know. emo
