Okay, so I've been meaning to make a player's journal for awhile and haven't gotten around to doing so, but that's about to change.
I got Animal Crossing the day it came out, but because of everything going on in my real world life I haven't had the chance to play as much as I want, and I've really been wanting to. Feel free to add me and come visit, I always love people dropping by! My only request is that you let me know you've added me.

This is my first log. I'm going to basically speak of my game start 'til this day. I started on Dec. 12th, 2005, the very day that AC:WW came out.
I started out with a partner in crime, my roommate Trixie. We'd been booted out of our homes you see, our parent's finally thought it was time for us to grow up *and get away from them for awhile* while our siblings were just plain happy to see us go.
Trixie and I both decided that even though we loved being near one another, we needed to go our seperate ways and live in different towns. And so I moved to the quaint little area of Hyrule, with barely anything to live off of and clothes to last me...well, this one outfit was going to HAVE to last me. When I got to Hyrule, I was not as thrilled to see snow as I thought I might be, I was freezing, poor, and starving after all! Especially knowing my friend was somewhere amidst the spring blossoms.
You see, Trixie had moved to Across in Prefecture F. Winter here was late springtime there, and sure enough she was basking in the sun's rays while I frantically grasped for ANYTHING. The few fish and bugs in my town paled in comparison to what she caught every day, though that made visiting much more pleasant.
My town harbored three of the worst loveliest neighbors one could ask for starting out.
Frobert Lobo Freckles
My townsfolk were so mean and uncaring hospitable, they really helped my stay. Within minutes of arriving I was shown how to get to my new home on the other side of the river, far from Town Hall and the other residents. After inspecting the cheap and unaccomadating COZY home I was to buy, I found myself face to face with my realtor, Tom Nook the swindler honest salesman of Hyrule.
He offered to help me pay off my loan by working part-time, and the jobs were anything but desirable. Nothing could be more humiliating than prancing around town in that moth-eaten dress called a uniform. Once those 'jobs' of his were completed, I set about fishing and bug-catching until I could make my first visit to Across, at which time I made sure the only thing in my hands was a fishing pole. I caught plenty of fish to take back, making sure the first one of each kind went to the museum, then the remaining ones caught could be sold.
Trixie's home had hoards of apples, which she gladly traversed the whole expanse of her town to collect and exchange for a whole boxful of cherries. We both made orchards which promptly blossomed as the season continued to change.
After two weeks Spring turned to Summer in Across and Hyrule's museum was blessed as a result. But then, shortly afterwards, a thunderstorm occured that was so bad, Across was destroyed and everything in the town along with it. I heard no news of my friend, and I hoped for her safety.
Freckles moved out, Robin, Camofrog, and Puddles moved in. It wasn't long after that Bree joined the picture, and as soon as she entered Robin left, taking Camofrog with her. I got bottlemail a couple of days later, from Trixie no less! It brought back fond memories and it became the first letter I felt required to save in memory of her town.
Puddles moved too--I was so happy to see her go I actually HELPED encourage it when she admitted that day she was moving sad about her leaving--I wished her the best of luck, happy to find that Octavian was now coming along for the ride, and bringing Daisy as well.

Even though I didn't want her too, I was unable to check my game these past two days because I was in surgery and so, Pippy moved out. crying And now, I've got Mr. Beefcake himself, Samson, in town with me.
In other news, Across lives! Trixie survived and rebuilt the whole town, and is now working on her second loan since I paid off her first one. Unfortunately, she has to donate everything again to her museum and redecorate her house, a very slow and tedious process, but I will do my best to make sure that it gets done.
Daisy's been sick, and I'm hoping that she'll recover a lot sooner than Frobert did. It took him weeks to get better, and for his sake he BETTER not get sick again!
My hair color has changed, YET AGAIN, this time its bright blue, but still in the messy bun it always likes to stay situated in. Corporate casual, one might say! 3nodding I'm not going to speak to Samson, I feel as though ignorance might lead to moving; and maybe then I'll have someone I WANT stay...
