 Patrolling random woods, as he always did, Tios was suddenly alerted to the sound of running and loud noises. He quickly darted off the beaten dirt path into some bushes, and waited for the source of the noise to appear. And sure enough, it did. A group of humans -- bandits, it seemed -- were passing along the road carrying bags. One of these bags had a small hole, and through it fell a few pieces of gold. Tios couldn't be sure exactly what it was, since he was still in hiding. His eyes followed these humans, three of them, and watched as they disappeared into a nearby cave, the mouth of which was just barely visible from where he was.
The darkness enveloped them, but Tios didn't stand. He knew that stealing was wrong, and on normal circumstances would have foiled their plots himself. This time, he decided to leave it to the human authorities. Considering the trail, he believed that the theives would be soon followed by someone.

 Tch. Human thieves were so clumsy.
Nefertiti narrowdd her ice blue eyes from her hiding place amongst the bushes; she'd spotted the humans robbing some...'store' their kind called it while rooting around in the city. She'd followed at an unassuming distance until she saw they were going into the woods, then skirted around through a shortcut she knew and laid in wait.
It didn't take long before they come thundering after her. Quickly and efficently, she'd reached out a paw and slashed a hole in one of their bags, then let him continue on.
Now they were out of sight; Nef grinned in triumph and plucked up her own pilfered bag. Holding one end in her teeth, the thief skittered through the golden trail they'd left, scooping gold into the bag with one paw until her bag was full.
Nefertiti chortled to herself and clamped the bag shut in her teeth, then trotted through the woods back towards the desert, very pleased with herself.

Sure enough, the theives were soon followed, but not by law enforcing human like he had thought. A black and gold, heavily adorned vixen walked slowly down the path, picking up everything dropped. He smiled at the sight, it warmed his heart to see such a good-willed vixen.
Glancing in every direction before leaving his hiding spot, he approached the vixen. Tios didn't exactly hide his presence, so he knew she probably sensed him already. All for the best, he didn't want to startle her.
"Hello there," he greeted her, a large smile stretching across his face. "I see you're returning those stolen goods! I'd love to asist you in any way possible. Besides, it isn't right for a gentleman to force a lovely lady to carry such a heady load."
