Audrey waited for Anna and then nodded her head as she heard her answer, "So are you one of Poseidon's then?" she asked her as she walked towards the dining hall. As all of the others filed in and sat down at tables, Audrey hung back towards the back and leaned against the wall. The shadows seemed to cling to her figure and wrap around her slightly. No one here knew about Audrey's true heritage and she had never told anyone anything. Soon most everyone was inside and the headmistress came up and began to speech. As she reached the end of her speech she then paused, "We have some guests today as always...' the headmistress told the students smiling. Then before them on the stage thing the headmistress had been on one by one the gods began to appear, they protected the island and all and took a minute or two each year to appear to their kin. Audrey watched wondering who exactly was up on the stage. She saw Zeus, Athena, Aphrodite, Poseidon, even Hades was there, she saw nearly every Olympian there and then she saw a few minor gods and goddesses and then she saw her mother, Nyx, the archaic goddess and incarnation of night, older than the Olympians and the Titans, one of the first. She saw her mom look at her briefly but Audrey looked away, she never saw her mom much and so she sort of held a grudge for that. However it didn't look like her father was there but then he was and he was the last to appear, right beside her mother. Erebus, the incarnation of darkness and her father.

Audrey stood there while the headmistress began to speak again. "I doubt they really need an introduction," the headmistress told them, "Now they have generously taken a few minutes out of the day to be here. Now then they will go around and speak with some of you perhaps." With that the speech was over and the gods and goddesses spread out acros the room a bit and looked out spotting out each of their kin. There were students who had a major god or goddess for a parent but there were also students who had minor gods or goddesses as their relative or were a few generations seperated from their godly relation like being the great great grandchild of one or something like that. It tended to be the closer in relation to their godly kin the more powerful the demigod was. Audrey stood there in dread as she watched her mother just watch her for a few moments and then motion her forward. The other students were all flocking to stand around their relations and she saw quite a few around Zeus and a few of the others but she was really the only one who wanted to approach Nyx or Erebus. She was sure there must be some demigod somewhere in the world in relation to one of them but her parents weren't exactly known for mingling with humans in that capacity. She began to walk towards her mother, her father had moved back against the wall and into the shadows a bit. The three of them knew that only the Gods were supposed to know that she was one of them and not a demigod and they had agreed to keep her heritage a secret. Audrey glanced back at Anna for a few moments sort of wanting a way out but then sighed as she walked forward and finally stood before her mother. She just looked back at her mother for a few moments and then smiled softly and hugged her. Nyx actually hugged her back and when the hug ended Audrey saw she was smiling too. She didn't see her parents often but they were relatively close.

Audrey spoke with her mother a little bit however soon it was over and her parents had to go. Her mother reminded her to be careful about keeping her full heritage a secret from others. Her father nodded and then the two of them were gone. Audrey looked back around the room and saw many people surrounding their relations. Most of the gods and especially Olympians did not like that she was a full blooded goddess and had similar powers to two archaic gods. She finally decided that even though she wasn't generally accepted by them much she walked over to where Anna was and stood there wanting to not be standing alone.

((Hi, I just got around to checking if I was accepted/it had started or not. It's all very new, so correct me if I'm making a wrong assumption at any time.))
Snickerdoodle Black pushed back some wavy, dirty-blonde hair to scratch at her neck with a pale hand as her dark green eyes gazed at her surroundings. She was wandering around this new school, completely lost, and trying to find some people who could help her around.
Suddenly, an announcement came from... a PA system that was not there. "Weird!" she muttered.
"All students report to the dining hall for an orientation meeting."
Oh, good! An orientation was a perfect way to start her year off right. It would give her information -she loved knowledge, despite having a pretty bimbo mom and violent dad- and maybe she could meet a few friends?
Snickerdoodle looked around. How would she find the dining hall?! She sighed and walked around some more. Hearing voices, she turned and saw what appeared to be doors leading into a dining hall. Relieved, she pulled open the doors.
"Dammit!" she swore under her breath. She must have missed the speech! But at least she saw gods and goddesses greeting other students. Must be their children. Snickerdoodle walked over to a table that her mother, Aphrodite, was about to approach.
"Hi, Mum!" she exclaimed happily.
"Oh, hi, honey," her mother greeted, smiling and giving her a hug. Being a goddess of love and beauty, she reeked of strong perfume, but Snickerdoodle nuzzled her face into Aphrodite's neck anyway.
"Where's Dad?"
"Visiting your brother Mac," the gorgeous Olympian explained.
"Will I see him later?" the young goddess asked eagerly.
"Probably not. We have to leave, being so busy, and you have classes... Which you should be getting to, young lady!" she said with a wink. "Time to make my leave. Have fun and learn a lot, honey."
Snickerdoodle grinned and left, hoping to find some other students who could help her find her classes. Everything was so new and exciting!
