With that, and everything else, I will post the order of where the rookies stand. If you're at the top of the list, you're doing very well! At the bottom? You'll be eliminated from FWD, sorry to say. HOWEVER, just because you are eliminated, doesn't mean you have to completely leave. Stay, watch, pay attention. See what else you can learn! Who knows, I may even throw you on the card once more to see if you've improved any since the elimination.

Alright, Justin is the host of the show and he's been running it quite well and for the most part I've stepped back and let him do his own things. However, it is my guild, and with that being said there are a few notes that I'd like to share with all of you, the rookies.
I've taken some personal notes, and there are some things that I feel each rookie needs to work on. This is what stuck out the most.
Dallas, all around you've done a good job with whats been given to you. You understand basic match flow, something even most pros don't have. Personally speaking, I want to see more promos from you not just here but anywhere else. Let your character's personality shine, because she has a bright future.
Astrid, You've done a fantastic job not only here but also in EWA. You have a completely original gimmick, and you make it work something very very few can do. Like Dallas, you're an all around good person, promo wise, In-ring, etc. Personally speaking, I think if you had the chance to work with more pros, so you can get a feel for different styles you'll be golden.
T.K., We need to get your character a bit of a personality, and by that a few promos coming from you. You've got great in-ring work, there are somethings that can be tweeked but you're well on your way. Justin, take note and give this man some promo time.
Eon, There are some things you need to work on, remember your character is a power house yes, but also remember to sell a little better. Even Kane, Taker and Big Show get hurt and your character is in that range of sorts. Also finishers are normally finishing moves, try to attempt them towards the end of match.
Major - One of the things you need to work on is staying on topic as far as promos go. The reason for 'random' topic promos, is to see how you can think on your feet, and also take you out of your comfort zone.
Sarah - I want to see more of what you can do promo wise also, playing women characters is tough because you want to diverse yourself from what others are doing and have done. Keep at it, work on your in ring stuff and you'll be well on your way.
TGI - I've seen you around in WWE:E where you've had some success as far as getting to the top of their developmental show of sorts just because you're ranked low here, doesn't mean you're not good. Sometimes minor things like activity will kill your pushes. FWD is a little bit faster paced than E:E. What I will say is this, work on your in ring stuff, remember to sell, diverse yourself. We have a military character here already aside from you, what you should do try to separate your character from his.
Cyrus - Just because you've been eliminated doesn't mean anything, you can be brought back. We're not going to give up on you as long as you don't give up. What you do need to work on is your activity, giving Cyrus a personality, work on his in-ring stuff. That's a good start for now. I recommend that any pro that isn't doing anything, for the next card to put Cyrus in a match provided he is active, and give him some promo time during that match.
