I don't really have a favorite type of music. I don't like to pick favorites because it always seems like it limits you, and as soon as you tell someone that you like X type of music, they assume that you like ALL of that type of music. I like a little bit of pretty much everything. I'm not a big fan of rap, just not my taste, and I've never really enjoyed polka... I don't have a great taste for the "screaming suicidal death music", but every once in a while...
As for what I do like, it usually random. Everything from musicals to classical, folk to popular stuff, musical comedians (Stephen Lynch style, for anyone who knows of him. hehe, he's horrible, I know, but I enjoy it.) Pretty much whatever I feel like at the moment. I like something with a melody and lyrics that I can at least understand if not sing along to. And I like the lyrics to say something on occasion, rather than "I love you more than anything" or "You broke my heart, now I'm sad".

I'm pretty into rock, metal, alternative metal, adult alternative, all those kinds of things. I really love stuff I can sing along too and lilting melodic female voices. Let's see.. my favourite artists right now are: Eisley, absolute favourite, I love listening to them so much. They're touring with Switchfoot right now but the tickets sold out to fast.. it sucked. I saw them last June though. They rock. The vocals are done by sisters Sherri and Stacy DuPree, and oh my goodness, they've got lovely voices. I don't know.. but it won't be pretty.

I pretty much like anything except rap and death metal. I like musicals, anime OST's, various kinds of rock, j-pop and j-rock, DDR music, oldies classical.. I like groups like evanescence, the pillows, flogging molly, Sonar, jimmy buffet, Trans Siberian Orchestra...
Anything with electric guitars is good. That or violins. Or both.

Fave artists are: The Cottars, John McDermott, The Pettit Project, Colin Hay, Altan, Rajaton, and this incredible choir called Kokopelli.

Annie of the Bananie I mostly listen to soundtracks from musicals, there are a few bands I listen to including Nightwish, Evanscence, and Blue October Evanscence is incredible. Amylee is my hero ^^

I listen to practically Anything that is either Punk, Goth, or metal....and of course I have a soft spot for classical. Choir and Orchestral music equals love.
