your team looks pretty nice but i noticed some flaws in it. This is just me but maybe you should go with a different sweeper than golduck. golduck's special sweeping prowess is a bit lack-luster even with life orb and it's not nearly fast enough to catch up to the more prominent sweepers in OU. i might suggest instead rain dance mixed kingdra. if you're going to boost the first turn rain dance will boost water moves by X1.5 and double kingdra's speed (swift swim) you're then free to sweep as long as rain dance lasts. so a mixed kingdra would look like this:

electivire is a great for hitting just about everything but yours is missing out on one extremely important move: earthquake. without earthquake you cannot hit fire, electric, rock, or the less common poison types for solid damage. i understand that ice punch is for the dragons and fire punch is for bronzong and forretress but consider removing fire or ice punch for earthquake.

Snorlax is going to have major problems against ghost types especially gengar. gengar will laugh at both earthquake and return and return fire with focus blast or whittle you down with it's other attacks. rest without sleep talk or chesto berry will leave you a sitting duck and gives your opponent 2 free turns to whale on your sleeping carcass. i suggest maybe changing your item to chesto berry and replacing return with crunch to take care of gengar.

overall i give it a 7/10 in effectiveness and you might want to watch out for more physically inclined teams harboring strong sweepers.
