Trying to finish my English project, a female warrior, and an evil queen. Dont know what I was thinking, Im not sure I can finish this in two days..

That and all my attempts at starting this have looked really bad XP

I'm thinking about trying headshots, adding a lilly and a rose in the background, and probably a lot of shadding. Or I could try full body and do the same background.

The hero's name is Rose, and the villian is Lillian, thats where the flower background came from XD

Lillian is also going to have fans, and Rose is going to have some sort of thorn whip or something.

Im going to do my best to get both in the picture with their flowers.

Sorta using this old picture of mine as a reference.

Maybe just start off simple.
Draw the two, and work on all their details. Don't really work on the background.
Thing is, its better to have something..even if its not what you wanted in the end.
If you have time, you should focus on the background. ^_^

I know when I first start off a picture, it looks like it is no good. And I'm tempted to stop and try and redraw or figure something else out. Yet most of the time as I continue through with it, the picture turns out better then the start looked.

My start
My finish

When i first started drawing this piece, it gave me a hard time and I wanted to constantly start over, or try and choose a new pose...but I kept it and just altered things as I went, fixing things up and going with it. The finished product turned out way better than what I thought it would be.

All in all just hop onto the project, focus onto it, and just keep at it.

Thanks ^^
I think Im going to do just their flowers and a background with a crown and thorns.

Part of my problem is is that I cant switch between male and female bodies so easily. I've been drawing male bodies, so now the female body is much more of a challenge XP
