Ok everyone. I notices an increasing abuse of the yugioh OOC room, so i decided to end it.
You will no longer ask for a battle in the OOC, or talk about a battle in the OOC(if at all possible)
Rather you may all ask for battles here.
I will even make a running list of who has won against who. (in order to be fair i must ask that someone copy the Chat log at the end of the match. I will not under any circumstance count a win if there is no log to use as proof.
