YOU STILL HAVE TO GET MY PERMISSION TO MAKE A FORUM HERE.
Every forum that a stdent wants to create, needs to have direct approval from me. If I see that in a forum, the first post does not have a note of approval, something like "Headmistress Sing approved this forum" I will delete that forum. So it is essential for you to write that in the first post, otherwise your forum WILL get deleted.
I am keeping the rule you can't make your own forum on the homepage. Reason being, new people who come here, I don't want them coming in and creating forums first thing. You need to be here for some amount of time in order to make a forum, so i know your trustworthy.
The list of rules and expectations from this forum are below.
1) First post in your forum needs my approval.
2) Must be here for a fair amount of time before you can make one, and you must have posted at least 30 times in your classes.
3) You need to have asked my permission, and gotten it, before you can make the forum.
4) No forums about your real-life situations. This is a Hogwarts guild, not an Oprah guild.
5) I can delete the forum if it isn't being used, or if the forum is seriously straying off-topic.
