This exhibition match, with a prize of seventy-five credits is between two of our older members. Jasper Fuuma, RP’d by the one formerly known as mondude, Crimsondot! Versus, Taki Hatsu, RP’d by the only person brave enough to have the most freakiest bloodline in the guild, Six_Path_God! The crowd is wild in the stands as these two fighters enter the arena, waiting to see just what will happen!!
The arena is basic. A round arena of two hundred feet, smooth stone flooring and hundred feet high walls before you reach the bleachers. Scattered about the arena floor are large slabs of upturned stone, granting space for cover. Each fighter enters from opposite ends of the arena. FIGHT!

Stepping into the arena, Taki looked about the arena. Amazed at the height of the wall, he saw his opponent's entry. He was here for fame and honor. To show that even slaves were capable of greatness. This man needed to see it first hand, and so he would. Popping his knuckles, he took a fighting stance. He took in a deep breath, and without breaking his slight crouch did a few handseals. "Artificial lawn skill!" he called as the ground around him would be covered by seeds that he threw around. A bed of grass would grow under and around him all across the arena. "Here goes nothing," Kay said with a calm look on his face . His breath came out controlled and cool. He was ready for his first fight and to prove himself...

Jasper Fuuma! “Die in a Hole.” Shortly after Taki entered the arena, underneath the huge uproar of screaming fans, footsteps could be heard, if one had that good of hearing. a figured in a green cloak walked slowly along the blackend tunnel. There was a hush. He was walking slowly, making the crowd confused. Where was the second figther. Then, a small man stepped out of the shadows, and the crowd began cheering again. Both fighters were here, in their debut fight. This match would probably decide who would get a contract. The man in the green cloak seemed oddly silent as he began to move towards the middle of the arena. But really, what was going on in the man's head was something quite different. He was extremely pumped up, and he could almost feel the adrenaline pumping through his body. Jasper always liked to imagine it like orange liquid was flying through his bloodstream and very fast speeds. He had no idea why, but it made him pumped. As the crowd seemed like they couldn't get any louder, Jasper put his hood down, and yelled out. "ALRIGHT! LET'S DO THIS!" His yelling was almost childish, as it was loud and almost uncalled for. Jasper was obviously just pumping himself up and hopefully unsettling his foe. He smiled as his foe performed his grass technique. So this guy used grass release, huh? That was disheartening. He knew little about that element, but it seemed rather unimpressive. So this guy, was his name Taki? Anyway, he could make grass grow. Big woop. "Yay, you can redecorate. After I pound you into the ground, you can come and be the gardener for my new place. Sound good?" As he spoke, he pulled out a Kunai and twirled it aroudn in his right hand, rolling it around in his fingers, then eventually holding it steady. He was about 15 feet from Taki. [chakra: 25] [Kunai:10/10]

As the boy made his taunts the former slave kept quiet and focused. He released his fighting stance and sighed. "I was hoping for a serious opponent. You know, someone I could prove myself against." He looked to the crowd with disdain. He wished their mouths could be taped shut. Regardless he glared intently at the man. "But if you want me to redecorate," he began doing handseals. "Then why not with your blood? Kusa Ayatsuri no Jutsu." He stated it calmly as the grass below him grew and twisted around itself. As a genin, the technique would make the grass about as strong as a rock, easily enough to defend and attack with, and then shape into a katana. He held it tightly as he took a fighting stance with it. He was untrained, but still not sloppy. He could see that his opponent was arrogant and would react in that way, so he charged with mock rage. In truth he was in complete control and ready to defend and counter the boy's attack. Should he throw the kunai, he would dodge it and continue his charge with a horizontal slash across his chest. Should the boy slash at him with his kunai, than Taki would parry by swinging his blade down atop his foes, which would knock it down and leave Jasper open for another more devastating attack. Should he choose not to move Taki would thrust the weapon at his chest, and then pivot into another slash if he dodged it. He had this much planned out at least.

Jasper Fuuma! “Die in a Hole.” The childish Jasper gave out a 'hmph' as Taki seemed to respond in a boring, calm voice. How did he make any friends if he was such a lameface? Jasper then scrunched his face up in frustration for a moment as the man made his one liner. "Your so boring. you and your cool as a cucumber in january attitude. You know that?" Jasper chuckled to himself. There was nothing really offending or witty or even slightly comedic about what he just said, but Jasper liked to live in his own little world sometimes. That was just how he worked. He raised an eyebrow at Taki's handseals. Time to take advantage of this. He put his Kunai away, and began to perform his own string of handsigns. "Well then, prove yourself against this! Stone Bracers!" earth flew around Jasper's arms, covering them in powerful sturdy gaunlets. He used the fact that he was far away to give him enough time to get the jutsu up. As Taki stabbed at him, Jasper hit the blade away with his left hand, his already enhanced physical power enhanced more by the bracers. As Taki pivoted, Jasper lunged and punched at his torso with his right hand while Taki was turning around. As Taki would not be able to slash because he was still in mid-turn, Jasper would have a shot. But, if the grass sword would be knocked out of Taki's hand, which would be possible if Taki had bad grip, Jasper would then move back in a battle stance. [23/25]

As the boy punched at Taki's chest, Taki moved back and dropped the sword. He had knocked it clear of his hands and then gotten into a battle stance. That meant that like himself he was better at Taijutsu. Fine with him. He took a battle stance and prepared to attack the boy. Still in strike range though he had stepped back, he gave him a side kick to his ribs. Expecting a dodge, Kay would bring his leg back and then fire it back off in the amount of time it would take Jasper's body to halt from the momentum. If he moved out of range, then he would get back into a fighting stance quickly and prepare to counter attack. Should he connect he would take the same leg, after striking, and then sweep kick him off his feet. In the event that Jasper caught his foot, Taki would merely jump off the other and push his other leg into his chest.

((Screw the format.))
Jasper nodded, this guy had some taijutsu skill if he worked so well up close. As the man went into his next move, he quickly thought of his options. Taki either had a genius plan, or seemed to forget the kidna of conditions they were both fighting in, as Jasper had giant rock thingys on his arms. As Taki kicked at Jasper from his right side, Jasper held up his right bracer, and he quickly moved it towards taki's leg while his arm was positioned vertically, his elbow in a 90 degree angle, in an odd form of strike, and blocked the kick entirely. Taki would probably feel that, as a Gennin with no style training. They both had about equal strength, so the things that would be taking the damage were Jasper's right bracer and Taki's leg. Jasper's bracers were on their breaking point. He quickly hopped back after the strike, so the sweep kick would miss, then, landing on his toes, propeled himself forward, punching at Taki's chest with his left bracer.

Without a doubt, that punch was destined to fail seeing as how they had a heavy bracer on them. As it sailed towards him he easily dodged slightly and the punch sailed right past his head. As that happened he shifted his weight and grabbed taht arm, then twisted his body and launched him over his sohoulder using his own momentum, meaning he would go flying farther and harder simply because his own energy was causing. As he fell Kay would punch him in the nose attempting to daze him.
