He wields magic, and carries a book with him everywhere he goes. The boy, having tainted blood like his sister, can transform into a beast, but more lesser than Ashaedia's fierce form. He usually sits around the library, and is addicted to reading. Usually wearing a dark cloak with a hood, he is rather a mysterious figure.
Personality: Ashryuu is as blunt as a dull and worthless sword. His intelligent air bothers Hojo immensely, for he thinks the boy might be a smarter mind than him. Though Ashryuu can be blunt, getting on his bad side is the last thing you want to do. Never complaining, he has a quiet atmosphere, and rarely talks to anyone. Shy at times, Ashryuu doesn't like being in large crowds unless he's with someone he knows, though he travels from ShinRa to the Library often on his own. Though blunt and sharp-tongued as he is, deep down he's a kind boy with a highly likable attitude. Also, he likes to play the piano.
Powers: Magic is this one's forte. Though a small katana is strapped to his belt, he uses Fire and Dark Materia the most. Smart and cunning, he uses both his katana and Materia to his advantages. At times, Hojo would report that Ashryuu would sometimes radiate a strange purple, blue, and black glow, like fire, emit from his body. What he doesn't know is that the boy is only charging up his Limit Break Mode: Dark Firestorm.
