(My Jolteon is fairly new to my team so he is still in training.)

Alright so for Feraligator I use Hydro Cannon on him for a simple reson. Hydro Canon + Mystic Water + Torrent + 150 Attack = Godly damage on anything neutral or weak to him. His other attacks are just fillers.

Mismagius is a staller/annoyer. I just want to get rid of Taunt for another move but I'm not sure what to change it with.

Dragonite can be a very good sweeper but he can't take a Ice attack to save his life.

Breloom is great at what he does. Annoying/Stalling. Breloom affectively puts enemys to sleep and does accumualative damage thanks to Leech Seed. Since is defense is azz mar Substitute makes him capable of taking an attack if the enemy wakes up and Focus Punch can catch an enemy off guard.

Ninetails is a sweeper. Nasty Plot once or twice makes Flamethrower amazing to use. Dark Pulse for coverage and Confuse Ray if I feel lucky or if enemy is already Paralyzed. Also his special defense is really good compared too other Pokemon.

Jolteon is so lost right now It couldn't find it's way through a maze. Anything for this Pokemon would be loved.

Criticism both good and bad is enjoyed.

Changes In Bold
I don't know if you do ev training or not, but proper ev's help a lot

as for your team i'll break down my changes:

Feraligatr

while hydrocannon is a base 150 it comes off of Feraligatr's low special attack, add to that an adamant nature which reduces spec Attack by 10% it doesn't become as effective as you would hope, add to that the recharge turn and it becomes a very ineffective move to use, waterfall becomes the best alternative a base 90 attack off of a base 105 attack state will do much more damage especially if you couple it with LifeOrb
Earthquake and IcePunch are there for coverage, the reason why life orb is better than mystic water is that it boosts all your moves instead of just the water typed move, there is the recoil, which can wear it down if it gets enough attacks in to matter, so leftovers can be an option for a bit more survivability

Mismagius

If you're going for a parafuser, then bulk is what you want, it has a base 105 special defense but a base 60 HP & Def, so maxing out hp while investing ev's in def would be best, and you want at least one attacking move so that you don't become taunt bait yourself

Dragonite

this one is fine with the exception of wing attack outrage will hit anything that wing attack will for more damage, so you'll want to replace it with either Earthquake or extremespeed, Earthquake will hit heatran and empoleon which resist Outrage and Firepunch and will probably hit non levitating steels harder

Breloom

You want poison heal and toxic orb for this set, you'll get a lot more healing done this way without having to take a turn to set up leech seed
replacing leech seed with seed bomb gives you better coverage plus another stab attack

Ninetails

energy ball is a great lure move, with a ninetails out a lot of people will switch to a water or ground type pokemon, with energy ball and a nasty plot behind it, it'll take care of pretty much any threat it ends up facing, you also want a timid or modest nature as those boost speed and sp atk respectively and reduce attack

jolteon has almost double the base spatk then atk so i've switched the moves and nature accordingly, normally you wouldn't want two attacks of the same type but charge beam can give you a special attack boost also

as for an overall critique it's a fairly balanced attacking team with mismagius a possibility as a special sweeper if you want it to be, the only double weakness you have is ground in jolteon and ninetails, but you also have a double immunity to ground in dragonite and mismagius

above all, if its a team you'll have fun using that's really all that matters, but sometimes tinkering around and finding out what will run through your team and adding counters will make it better, maybe a wall or two, and think about adding a lead that can set entry hazards, since you'll want to help out the sweep as much as possible and discourage switches

hope i was able to help

Thanks I will do.

I don't know if im willing to retrain a Pokemon just for a nature unless someone would do it for me.

I have 10,000 gold if anyone want's to do it for my Jolteon or my Ninetails.

I found someone to do it.
