I would like to make a Parsee cosplay... Does anyone have any suggestions?

I think there is a good Parsee cosplayer around here somewhere, you may want to take notes from them. Unless you are talking about an actual cosplay, in which case green contact lens and a glare filled with hate and envy and your already well on your way
