C h a r a c t e r D a t a____.

N a m e: Mirror Duus'twin

A g e: Looks younger than he should, he looks around nineteen or twenty while he is actually maybe a century old.

R a c e: Al Sylian (Permission from Epine from the first PN Event)

C l a s s: Monk

C u r r e n t H o m e: Turtle's Paradise

E y e s: Large and slightly slanted golden eyes

H a i r: Short and straight dusty platinum white

I n t e r e s t i n g F e a t u r e s: He's actually about 4'11" tall and he resembles a child at first glance with slightly tipped ears. Producing from his back he has two foot dusty hued wings. These, however, are more for decoration than they are for flying. Al Sylians actually float/fly with their minds and so they can be considered phyics to some extent. They can also pick up and lift things with a power like telekinesis but that is also limited. They can only hold something for so long. If they pick up something too large, they can lapse into unconsciousness. Underneath bandages and layers of clothing, Mirror actually has fire scars from an incident when he was younger all the length of his left arm and part of his left side and hip were disfigured. He hides all that now.

C l o t h i n g: Mirror's culture calls for strange combinations of clothes, all with a kind of indian tinge to it.

L i k e s: He enjoyes speaking with friends and helping them out, he also greatly enjoys the wilderness and long walks. He also strives to be a gentleman and kind so he can repent for an incident long ago.

D i s l i k e s: Fire and Water. He had an incident long ago involved with fire that resulted with the burning and disfiguring of his left arm and side. He's also afraid of water because of what he is. If his mind were to get tired of flying over an ocean or any part of water, he would fall and drown. He doesn't know how to swim. He also dislikes it when people mess around with his friends or if people tell him he can't do things. This often results in the Al Sylian trying to prove them wrong with his stubbornness.

G e n e r a l P e r s o n a: Mirror is a very thoughtful, klutzy and kind person. He seems to be happy all the time while he is actually suffering inside. He doesn't let anybody know that though because he's stubborn and has slight ego problems. He's always trying to be a gentleman, even when he's failing miserably. Usually he's trying to be the most kind person in the world, he breaks his facade and turns out to be quite spaztic and quick to change emotion and snap under pressure. These short bursts of insanity, however, always last maybe about five minutes before he catches himself and calms himself down.

S t r e n g t h s: He's stubborn so he can remain very focused in a situtation. He's good at being stealthy and he's very quick.

W e a k n e s s e s: His limitations on his phychic abilies, his fears, and he's very clumsy. He's not very good with fighting when it comes to moving on sand/soft surfaces or over bodies of water.

Mirror's Tale

Mirror gave a sad smile and laughed, "Oh, it happened long ago and it wasn't really me who did it." He said, as if that explained everything. "My kin, we live in a close community, in the trees of a very far off land. it might even be on another world, I don't know. I've rather forgotten. Anyways, my father...He...He became kind of...Well, he was cooped up in our home for a very long time. He had tried to lift something that was too heavy for his mind and he really hurt himself. He was actually in a coma for a while. But when he awoke he had to stay inside for quite a while. I guess that's when it happened. He started to lose his mind and he blamed his injuries on the rest of our kin and started saying that our life and beliefs were all lies. We simply ignored him. I was a boy then, so I didn't really care or listen. I was tired of listening to him mumble as I took care of him so I guess I stopped hearing my father.

There came a day when I woke up and found my home silent. I looked around but I couldn't find anything until I ventured into the kitchen. I found that my father had snapped in the night and threw my mother into the wall, snapping her spine. He was on his feet and moving around, like a zombie or as if he were possessed. I was scared so I tried to run. But I couldn't, he had picked me up with his mind and held me from the floor. Afterwards, I can only guess that he put me to sleep or something like that, a hypnosis of some kind. When I woke up, I found my hands covered in the blood of my people. I had woken up because my father lost his control on me. He was killed by one of the remaining archers of the village. Because there wasn't anyone else but me in my family name, I had to carry the burden of slaying nearly half the village. So I was exiled and the rest is rather a blur. Since then, I swore to repent for what I commited and somehow I floated here."
