Welcome one, welcome all, to the first battle of our grand XRP!
This exhibition match, with a prize of zero credits is between two veritable unknowns of the POTS universe. Kiyoshi Hyuga, RP’d by the ex captain of NUR (BOOOO) bb3000ae! Versus, Aki Hatsu, RP’d by Gaara_CTru! The crowd is wild in the stands as these two fighters enter the arena, waiting to see just what will happen in the first of many epic battles!
The arena is basic. A round arena of two hundred feet, smooth stone flooring and hundred feet high walls before you reach the bleachers. Scattered about the arena floor are large slabs of upturned stone, granting space for cover. Each fighter enters from opposite ends of the arena. FIGHT!

 Aki HatsuGenin (NinjutsuSpecailist)xxxxAki Hatsu walks into the giant arena. He's never been in one before.. this would be his first fight. Although it was an exhibition, and no one was suppost to die.. Aki knew if he wanted to win.. he'd have to be aiming to kill. Aki finaly got to the center of the stage, looking around at the croud, and the stage, although it was very basic, thats all he wanted. An all out brawl against someone, nothing complicated yet.
xxxxAki put his ands together intertwining his fingers, he stretched, turning his palms out and to the sky with his fingers all still connected with eachother. He lets out a yawn as he did this and awaited his opponent. I wonder if this guys any good.. well, good thing he agreed for no credits, means we're both just looking to test eachother out.

XXXXX Kiyoshi entered the arena with a calm expression on his face. He wore his usual clothing, a weighted white shirt with open chest and shoulders that were held together with belts, white pants complimented the outfit and ninja sandals finished it, wearing no headband. As he walked the sound of his twin blades could be heard shaking with the chime of metal hitting metal. This overpowered the sound of his kunai wrestling around in the ninja pouches on his legs. He walked up to his opponent in the middle of the arena, he still kept his distance about 10 yards away. Kiyoshi smiled some as he looked at his opponent, this would be fun. "My name is Kiyoshi, and the first move is yours good sir." He said with a smile, etiquette dictating since he was the first here, his is the first move of battle.

Aki HatsuGenin (NinjutsuSpecailist)xxxx"The name's Aki. Nice to meet you Kiyoshi." Aki smiled as he looked the man over. Hmm.. this may be harder than i expected.. Aki quickly dashed at Kiyoshi grabbing a shuriken from his holster. Running in at the man he through the shuriken at the mans chest. This was simplely the dumbest thing to do, to attack head on in at an oppenent you know nothing about. But sense Aki had the first move, he would MAKE Kiyoshi move. Well, either that or take a shuriken in the chest. There was still 8 yards between the two of them when he through it. By the time Aki reached 5yards away, the shuriken would be imbeded in Kiyo's chest, if he didnt move.
xxxxHowever, as soon as Kiyoshi moved, Aki would then go in for the attack, which ever way Kiyoshi moved to, that would be Aki's next move. He would throw another shuriken in the direction Kiyoshi moved next, hopefully tagging him with it or getting him to move again, throwing him off balance perhaps, giving Aki the advantage, and with good timing, landing a true hit on the man.
xxxxThis is all, however, assuming Kiyoshi moves at all. He could simply deflect the attack with his two swords.. And that would leave Aki with a whole other line of ideas.Chakra:

XXXXX The second Aki started his dash, Kiyoshi placed his hands on the handles of his blade and drew them out. His right hand held the sword parallel with his arm and his left hand held the sword normally. Kiyoshi dashed towards Aki as well, his right armed raised to block the shuriken and his left sword stayed low and parallel with the ground. As they closed in Kiyoshi kept low and deflected the shuriken with his right sword and kept it raised for defense. When they were in sword length of each other Kiyoshi brought his left sword up fast and diagonally aiming between the 2nd and 3rd rib which would piece though the lung then heart if it hit.

Aki HatsuGenin (NinjutsuSpecailist)xxxxAs the sword swung up at Aki he quickly dodge rolled to the left, rolling to his should avoiding the blow and gaining a little distance from Kiyoshi, along with now being at his side. However, is the middle of the dodge role Aki had done two things, 1 was quickly take out 2 senbon with one hand and throw them, aiming at Kiyoshi's ankles. If his joins were messed up, he's have to stay still, or move very slowly, which would give Aki a huge advantage. And 2 he took out two kunai in the other hand. Throwing them, one aimed at Kiyoshi’s neck, it would kill Kiyo if it hit him, but its main purpose wasn’t to hit, it was to make it Kiyo's main point of interest. Maybe if locking in and concentrating on such a larger weapon aimed to pierce his throat, he wouldn’t even notice the tiny senbon down below. Or notice that the second Kunai missed him, it would fly right past his right side landing not 3 feet behind him.
xxxxThis sencond Kunai, however, had an explosive tag that was stuck to it, not hanging on the back like normally, where its out in the open and easy to see. It was stuck TO the kunai, on the belly of it as Aki through it, hopefully making it near impossible to see it in all the chaos. The Kunai would fly so close to Kiyo it would seem to almost cut him as it flew past, sticking in the ground and behind him. It would explode a few seconds later and send burns all over Kiyoshi's back and send him flying at Aki, giving Aki all the time he needed to do.. anything, With Aki throwing four different objects, if all were seen in the one swift motion, it would seem understand able that a genin, in all this commotion, WOULD miss with one Kunai. It wouldn’t seem odd. Unless of course Aki was well know.. which he wasn’t. This is all of course assuming Kiyoshi DID notice all 4 objects thrown at him.
xxxxIf Kiyoshi DID manage to avoid all four abjects And somehow avoid the Kunai wit hthe explosive tag, Aki would charge in at him, with his wire in in his right hand as he did so.Chakra:

Kiyoshi's eyes followed him as he rolled, his eyes spoted the shine of the metal being drawn out and with his weapon skills made out the outline of 2 senbon and 2 kunai. They were still less then a few feet apart so he saw a slab of paper stuck to one of the kunai. Probably a explosion tag since at their levels he couldn't be a sealer type. He readied his sword but turning it sideways as the objects were thrown, 3 were down low including the explosion kunai and the other was a little higher at his throat. But because he was still low to the ground they all were within sword length.
Kiyoshi swung his sword in a circle having the flat part of the blade hit all 4 objects because they were all thrown at the same time and knocked them to the left right in the path where Aki was rolling. And because he was in the middle of a roll he would roll right into the path of the exploding tag. Kiyoshi then dashed to the other side of him with his right blade that is parallel to his arm swinging it because judging by the explosion it would knock him right into that path of the blade.

Aki HatsuGenin (NinjutsuSpecailist)xxxxAki heard the ting of metal clashing as Kiyo deflected the weapons, he saw the Kunai land in front of him as he stood out of the roll. He had but a split second, not even knowing Kiyoshi was behind him, he was simply trying to avoid the blast of the explosive tag. The explosion went off and a slab of granite took the explosion. Aki had used Kawarimi no Jutsu (Substitution) to avoid the blast and replace himself. He now hid behind one of the upturned pieces of stone. He crouched down not being able to be seen from the normal ground level Kiyoshi was at. Crap.. that was entirely to close for comfort. Well, he's fast, and good with Taijutsu. Lets try and NOT get to up and personal with him then. If i do.. it will be difficult, but i will use my wire to tie around his neck, or slam him down to the ground tying his arms so i can take advantage. That’s IF we get to close. I'll keep my wire ready just in case Aki put his wire away, he knew where Kiyoshi was, but he didn’t have a way of getting to him without Kiyoshi hearing him. He just had to sit and think for now.Chakra:
30/32 Kawarimi No Jutsu (Body Switch Technique) Description: A common jutsu - used to quickly replace a body with a close by object. Creates confusing among the opponent(s) - creating a chance to escape, or return with a larger strike. Useful for avoiding attacks, and hiding from potential enemies.

{ Just so you know, you can't swap with one of the stone slabs. Any kawarimi done in the arena must use a prepared medium, because those slabs aren't going anywhere. }

And I did this because Orchid moon, who i know is well knows around here, did the same thing and no one said it was wrong, i dont see how this is any different?
Also, i might be gone for a couple of days. Thought i'd let you know.))

Please choose a separate target for your Kawarimi or edit it out. In addition, you both need to list what weapons and how much of each you have on your RPC. I also need you to list how many you have used up.}

At the request of one of the fighters, this fight is a draw. You will both retain all of your credits, and the fight ends now. Feel free to head back to the challenge board, or the free agency, or just hang out in the lounge.
