You guys know that juice and sodas contain water too, right? And in the case of sodas, they're probably using tap water to make it. Ditto for juices from concentrate.
My primary issue with bottled water is all of the plastic bottles that just go in the trash.

Yeah, they still do contain that water. However, not as much as regular water and the water of those juices can mostly be part from that fruit.
As for sodas, I don't have an argument for that. XD
If the juice is 100% juice then the water content is probably as pure as you can reasonably get. If it's from concentrate then the water content is most likely the tap water for wherever the plant is located.
@Naynram Ukir: Rain water and groundwater are probably as pure as you can get anymore, and that depends entirely on the specific area you get it from. There's always distillation though.
your body still has to process it you need a gallon of water a day for optiomal health nothing replaces good old water. your body has to work harder to make water from other things or make proiritys shorting certian places to give vital places what they need.
