Hey how's it going, my real name is Stephen, but if ya'll could just call me Lief I think we can get along just fine. I'm a shade over one score old and have been on Gaia for like 6 years now. As to where i live let's just say it hot down here but we love being the best State around! I love playing video games, hanging with my friends, watching movies, and jamming with my band. I also like making new friend so don't be afraid to say hi. My Buddies tell me i'm a pretty cheerful guy with not alot of negative comments, I like to help people who need something so be sure to ask!
Movie wise Singing in the Rain has to be #1 just an awesome movie followed by The Star Wars Trilogy(the prequels are good but not best movie status) and The Expendables.
I like a lot of action and comedy movies, but I also enjoy classic movies and musicals and don't forget about Disney movies, I'm not sure I'll ever get tired of watching those childhood memories. The only kind of movie I hate is horror because they don't scare me and that defeats the point of the genre. If you have any good suggestions of movies let me know!!!
In the realm of TV Big Bang Theory is leading the way for now, I also like Leverage, Lie to Me, and The League. Then we get into the cartoon realm and that list might take too long to list here so I'll just give you a few examples like; Digimon, most things by Marvel and DC, Family Guy and Phineis and Ferb xd and sometimes I enjoy some of your more common animes. There are some others but most of them i'd rather not list and again if you have a suggestion please let me know.
I like most music but i think that comes with growing up around it my whole life. The best band ever has to be Journey though they are musical geniuses. I'm also into a lot of Christian rock, other classic rock groups and i really digging some of the really good rappers especially the ones collaborating with really good singers, I can't stand Hip-Hop though it seems pointless.
Anyways that pretty much sums me up except I guess you should know that I go to Sam Houston State University and wear my Orange with pride!

He has a lot of brains under that think exterior but uses his loudness to get your guard down and intimidate would be trouble makers. He also has a softer side and has no problem just having a conversation with someone or helping a student in need although he prefers not to do so in front of large crowds. As the vice chancellor he is the rule enforcer and the chancellor's body guard. His days in the military keep him very strict and he retains his fighting spirit so it would be good not to get in his way. Likes: Not many people would know it but Hiro loves the arts, theater and music are two of his favorite pass times but it's a secret he keeps under lock and key. He also enjoys sports and working out as well as helping student to become better people and duelists. Dislikes: The number one thing Hiro can't stand is cheaters, he also dislikes students who wont listen and people who talk too much. Hobbies: Sports, Chess, Music, Obtaining new duel monsters Strange Talents: He can crush a can between his shoulder blades Bio: Most of Hiro's past is a mystery but what is assumed is that he was a former top ranked duelist, although he has left playing the game behind. He also was in the military were he served for twelve years as a ranking officer and became the strict man he is now. He helps run the school with unwaivering discipline and enjoys his role as the Vice Chancellor. He has no plans to ever become the Chancellor, that sort of responsibility is left to a more caring human. Let me enlighten you...I lived a simple life, for a wizard anyways, as a boy I was always mesmerized by enchanted things, a flying ball here, a talking book there. I wouldn't call us either rich or poor we were more of you in between group but we everything we needed so we were happy. My parents were a wizard and a witch, although mum would get mad if you called her one, so as such they worked wizarding jobs. I personally thought nothing of it, it all seemed so natural to me that they could just walk through wall like they weren't there or that they could apperate from place to place. Though despite all of this power that my parents possessed they were still curious about muggles and how they lived their lives without the convenience we have. So they decided when I was old enough they would send me to muggle school to learn with the other children my age. I of course had no idea that these other children knew nothing of magic as they called it, I just assumed everyone did it, to me it was like breathing air. I quickly learned however that that was not the case as my instructors quickly hushed me any time they heard me speak of such a taboo subject. Muggles all think it's made up, that no one has powers like ours, that it's all just stories that they use to scare children into doing what they want. This was when I started understand how the real world worked.
By age eight I had managed to make friends with some of the Muggle boys and we began to hang out at some of the local parks and stores. We were what you might call trouble makers and more then once we were chased away by cops and store owners, I of course being the ring leader took most of the blame. We never did anything to keep them mad at us though and for the most part they liked having us around. Despite all our short comings we were really pretty good kids, curious abut somethings but good non the less. We came from some of the better families in town and that seemed to mean we could get away with some things that other kids our age may not have been able to. This was also about the age that these same friends started to realize there was something different about me. My pop had started teaching me a few of the more basic spells that he used and gave me a few enchanted gag gifts, he was preparing me for the day I would get accepted into this fine academy, so being the curious trouble maker I was I decided to try some of the gags around my friends. My favorite one was a little fly that flew around in circles until someone tried to smash it and then exploded like a firework, it was completely harmless but it gave my friends quite the shock when I used it the first few times. It was little things like that that started to make the suspicious of my true self.
After a while the other students in my class began to make complaints about my antics to the headmaster of our school. This was not such a great time in my life, the headmaster summoned my parents to his office for a meeting about what the other students had been saying about me. My dad knew that if the Ministry got wind of such reports that the whole family would be forced to move, so out of necessity we were forced to move out to the country side away from Muggle eyes. It was a new experience for me but I didn't really mind, most of my old friends tried to stay in contact for as long as possible but now I don't really talk to any of them anymore. My parents began home schooling me, teaching me more about the tings I didn't know things about the wizarding world. I was super excited to finally get to learn about the things that my parents dealt with on a daily basis. Then one day this letter came in the mail for saying that I had been accepted into Hogwarts, I can't even describe the joy I saw on my parents face and how proud my dad looked. All I know now is this is my future and I ready to take it one step at a time.
So you'll probably see me doing this...Muggle Studies, History of Magic, causing trouble, hanging with my friends and going on adventures,
