Bliss is what is left of the in world of Madness, a land filled with chaos, and madness. The land of Bliss is a peaceful land on a different zone then earth, there are beautiful plants, and bright radiant forests, dusk also is a specticle by the purple colored night sky that is filled with bright red stars, this creates a light crimson color in the sky. The residents however are often insane in some way or another, not always murderous, violent, or ready to pick pocket, or steal from you, but over all paranoid, very different from Crucible on the opposite side of Mania, Sheogorath had already transformed during the Greymarch into his true form, Jyggalag, and was defeated by the Champion of Cyrodiil, who took Jyggalag's blade and only appears here every now and again, as Mania and Crucible rebuild, the Shivering Isles seem awefully quiet lately, except that there are the occasional monsters, and murders, things seem beautifully mad.
