 South Kai (南の界王, Minami no Kaiô) is the ruler of the South quadrant of the galaxy. He is tall, has light pink skin, and is peace-loving. South Kai trains his fighters in a defensive manner. Fighters of his quadrant include Torbie, Froug, and Caterpy. Torbie teaches those who come to South Kai.

Torbie
Flash Cutter - 1200 Ki Points
This technique channels a large amount of lightning to the user's hand. The high concentration of electricity produces a sound reminiscent of many birds chirping. Once the technique is completed, the user charges forward and thrusts the Flash Cutter into the target. This produces heavy amounts of damage that is usually fatal. This technique is classified as an assassination technique because of the speed at which it is performed, despite the loud noise it produces.
-Can only be used twice in a battle if under 40,000 Ki Points, four times in battle if you're below 80,000
-After 80,000 limit's removed
-Can be channeled through a bladed weapon
Kirin - 1800 Ki Points
is an extremely powerful, one-shot lightning technique created by Torbie. The user draws lightning directly from thunder clouds to supplement the power of his or her strike and controls it with ki. However, the preparation time required also decreases the technique's efficiency; if there are no active thunder clouds the user must create them by using fire techniques. Once a lightning source has been acquired, shaping it in the form of a Qilin and guiding the lightning to the target requires very little energy. Due to the technique using natural lightning, which travels at 1/1000th of a second, it is the most powerful lightning technique. In addition, usage seems to destroy the thunder clouds as the sky cleared up of clouds after use. As such, this technique can only be used once in a fight. However, the blast is strong enough to completely annihilate defenses or destroy an entire mountain, giving some credibility to Torbie's claim that the attack is unavoidable.
-Can only be used once in battle so if two or more people know the technique, the first one to use the technique will be the only one that can use it.
Laser Circus - 1000 Ki Points
Torbie creates several bright beams of electricity that shoot at his enemy, flowing like water. A halo of bright energy spreads from Torbie's hands as he uses this technique. The beams are able to alter their direction after being shot.
Thunder Cloud Inner Wave - 700 Ki Points
Torbie generates a thick ring of thunderclouds and electricity around him, creating an offensive and defensive ward. He can then uses these clouds to fire powerful blasts of lightning at his enemies, and as an electrified perimeter; effectively preventing his enemies from getting close.

~After days of traveling along Hydra Way Lord Zhou and Vi made it to the end of the road. They saw the South Kai’s planet above the end of the road and Vi pointed up to it. Lord Zhou and Vi flew up to the planet, immediately they felt the increase in the gravity of the planet. South Kai’s planet was kind of big if compared to that of the North Kai’s planet. Lord Zhou noticed South Kai’s fighters training along with each other. They all stopped training once they sensed the presence of Vi and Lord Zhou.
~South Kai was in his house so his fighters approached and greeted Lord Zhou and Vi shortly after they landed on the planet. Torbie was the first one to approach so he introduced everyone. “Hello there, My name is Torbie… These are my comrades Froug and Caterpy.” Torbie said as he held one hand out showing who Froug was and the other hand to show who Caterpy was. It was obvious who was who with the obvious names since Froug looked like a frog and Caterpy looked just like a caterpillar but their names could have been a form of irony.
~After the fighters introduced themselves Lord Zhou spoke. “I am Lord Zhou and this is Vi… She is not able to speak.” Lord Zhou said as Vi nodded and waved to the fighters. “Very well, it’s nice to meet you Lord Zhou and VI.” “I’ve come here to receive training before I return to earth.” “You’ve come to the right place then.” South Kai said as he stepped out of his home. He was pink and very tall and built. “Welcome Lord Zhou and Vi. I understand you are in search of training. If that is the case then Torbie will be glad to train you Lord Zhou.”
~“I’d be honored” Torbie has while extending one hand to Lord Zhou. Lord Zhou reached out and they shook hands. Caterpy and Froug went away to continue training and Vi followed them to watch them while they trained. South Kai retired back to his home while Lord Zhou followed Torbie to begin his training. When they arrived at the spot to begin training first Torbie explained the nature of his techniques. “The techniques I will teach you are all electricity related.” Lord Zhou was glad to hear this because electricity was good to use along with his amazing speed.
~Lord Zhou noticed that Torbie looked vaguely familiar to the being known as Cell, hundreds of years ago. Though Lord Zhou wasn’t alive during that time the memories of his ancestors had been passed down to him giving him knowledge of the pass few hundred years. The biggest difference was that Torbie was red and kind of resembled a beetle… “Ok Lord Zhou the first technique I will teach you how to do is called the Laser Circus. This is a powerful technique even though the concept is simple…
 ~…You will create several bright beams of electricity that shoot at your enemy or in this case, me. A halo of bright energy will spread from both of your hands as you prepare to use the technique. Then beams that are able to alter their direction after being shot will be firing from your hands at a rapid rate. You got it?” Lord Zhou nodded, “Yeah I understand.” “Ok, watch me carefully.” Torbie held his hands out in front of him and powered up. Ki formed around his body and electricity formed rapidly around him in unison with the ki. Torbie gave out a loud shout that could be heard around the planet.
~“Haaaa!!!” the planet shook and the halo of bright light formed around his hands. Then dozens of electricity beams fired from the bright light that formed around Torbie’s hands. Lord Zhou reached for his Dimension Blade and sliced the beams, sending them to alternate dimensions as they came near him. The beams then began changing directions, firing and moving in a way that seemed random. The beams surrounded him and closed in but as they crashed down Lord Zhou disappeared with the use of the Dimension Blade and reappeared behind Torbie.
~Lord Zhou held his hands out just as Torbie had and powered up. Electricity formed around Lord Zhou’s body while the bright light, in the form of a halo spread around his hands. Then dozens of electricity beams fired from the bright light that formed around Lord Zhou’s hands. Torbie didn’t move a muscle but he could tell what Lord Zhou was doing behind him. The electricity beams began firing out and curving around Torbie to combat the incoming electricity beams coming from Lord Zhou. Torbie slowly rose off of the ground and rotated in a way where he would be upside down, facing Lord Zhou face on.
~The small beam merged together and it turned out being one electricity blast versus another. Torbie held his blast up effortlessly but Lord Zhou was struggling since this was his first time using the technique. Lord Zhou’s Circus Laser started to get pushed back as his power faded. After a few seconds of the struggle, Lord Zhou used his amazing speed and sidestepped the beam. Torbie’s Circus Laser overtook Lord Zhou’s and it shot out, crashing into the ground. The grass caught firs as a result of the electricity, but it was slow to burn.
~Torbie quickly ran over and put the fire out by stepping on the flames. Lord Zhou sat down to take a brief break. Vi was watching Froug and Caterpy train for a short time. Their battle was as non-eventful as one would imagine a frog versus a caterpillar would be. Froug hopped over to Caterpy, dodging the hands of Caterpy as the extended to hit Froug. Froug stuck his tongue out and it expanded far to slap Caterpy on the face. Caterpy fell backwards, landing on his large back. He used a few of his hands to push himself up off of the ground… 1006/2900~… Lord Zhou jumped up off of the ground after he had caught his breath. “Know that I know how to use the Circus Laser I am ready to continue with my training.” “Very well then...” Torbie said with a slight smirk on his face. He was happy to be teaching someone who could learn so easily. “Alright Lord Zhou know that you have learned the Circus Laser I will teach you the Flash Cutter, personally it’s one of my favorite techniques.” Lord Zhou was very interested as Torbie spoke on the details of the technique.
~Torbie explained in detail what the Flash Cutter could do to an opponent. “This technique channels a large amount of lightning to the user's hand. ~When Torbie was ready he prepared to use the Flash Cutter. He held his lower right arm with his left hand and began focusing his ki like earlier. Electricity formed around his body and began concentrating in the palm of his right hand. The electricity made sounds of bird chirping as Torbie said it would. The blue electricity became compacted as a ring of electricity formed around Torbie’s feet. When the Flash Cutter was at its full strength Torbie began running towards Lord Zhou at full speed. He wasn’t actually going to hit Lord Zhou with the Flash Cutter because it would probably kill his soul.
~Even still, Lord Zhou didn’t know what Torbie was about to do so he used the Dimension Blade to transport himself away from the range of the Flash Cutter. Once he was away Torbie crashed the Flash Cutter into the ground creating a somewhat small crater in the ground. The impact of his own strength is what caused the crater while the electricity from the actual Flash Cutter channeled through the ground. Even though the full effect of the technique could not be seen by using the technique on the South Kai’s planet, Lord Zhou was in awe of the power of the Flash Cutter.
~“That was amazing Torbie…” Lord Zhou said as he attempted to follow Torbie’s lead. He held his lower left arm with his right hand and began focusing his ki like earlier when he used the Circus Cutter. ~Lord Zhou didn’t feel like he needed to cause any damage to the planet now that he had the technique down. He was ready to move on to whatever else Torbie had to tech him. “Ok Torbie, I am ready to continue my training.” “Very well then, we will move on to a defensive technique of mine called Thunder Cloud Inner Wave… I will use a Storm Release to generate a thick ring of thunderclouds and electricity around me. This will create an offensive and defensive ward.
~When the clouds are up I can then use these clouds to fire powerful blasts of lightning at my enemies, and as an electrified perimeter it is effectively preventing his enemies from getting close.” “That sounds good, let’s get started” Torbie focused his ki and dark grey cloud began forming around him. The clouds spiraled around until his entire body was concealed then a static sound could be heard from outside of the cloud that formed around Torbie. Then electricity spread around the body like it did when performing the Flash Cutter and the Circus Laser. The electricity expanded out around the clouds, becoming visible to Lord Zhou.
~The electricity that had formed around was then shot at Lord Zhou. Lord Zhou launched the Dimension Blade into the ground near him with the tip of the blade stuck into the ground. The electricity was drawn into the blade with the metal used as a conductor and the electricity channeled into the ground. Lord Zhou then reached out the dimension blade, picked it up and placed it within his sheathe. “Haaaa!!!” Lord Zhou shouted as he focused his ki. Dark grey clouds began forming around him. The clouds spiraled around until his entire body was concealed.
~Then a static sound could be heard from outside of the cloud that formed around Lord Zhou. Then electricity spread around the body like it did when performing the Flash Cutter and the Circus Laser. The electricity expanded out around the clouds, becoming visible to those outside of the dark grey clouds, which would only be Torbie. The electricity that had formed around was then shot up into the sky, fading away as the energy disburses. “ Your Thunder Cloud Inner Wave was very good… It’s time to move on to the final and most powerful technique I have to teach you.”2009/2900~“Alright Lord Zhou the final technique I have to teach you, is called Kirin… Kirin is an extremely powerful, one-shot lightning technique created by myself. I draw lightning directly from thunder clouds to supplement the power of my strike and control it with ki. Due to the technique using natural lightning, which travels at 1/1000th of a second according to South Kai, it is one of the most powerful lightning techniques. However, the preparation time required also decreases the technique's efficiency because if there are no active thunder clouds the user must create them by using a somewhat powerful fire technique to produce the necessary storm conditions.”
~“That sounds amazing.” “It us unfortunately this planet isn’t big enough to use Kirin on. It may be destroyed by the impact of the lightning.” “I can take care of that.” Lord Zhou said as he opened a portal to an alternate dimension. “We can go in here to another world and you will be able to use the technique with no consequence.” “That seems fine, lead the way.” “Ok then… Vi we will return soon.” He shouted out to Vi as he stepping through the portal. Vi had grown bored watching the weak training battle that Caterpy and Froug were doing.
~She stepped up to them and stood in a position to attack them. The quickly took notice even though she spoke no words. Froug hopped over to Vi but as he got close Vi gave him a loving look which caused him to pause for a brief moment and in that moment Vi used Heat Fist to punch Froug in the face. He flew backwards, landing on his back as he hit the ground passed out. Caterpy launched his hands out, grabbing Vi by the arms and legs.
 ~She powered up, blowing her clothes off and forcing Caterpy’s hands off of her in the process. Then she tried to seduce Caterpy. Caterpy blushed as she posed for him. Then when Caterpy was off guard Vi used the after image and appeared above Caterpy then she used the Heat Fist again and his Caterpy in the head knocking him out. Froug and Caterpy were just laid on the ground dazed so Vi headed over to the South Kai’s place. Vi wanted to see if there was any food so she knocked on the door a few times, waiting for South Kai to come and open the door.
~South Kai came to the door and saw Vi standing there in her bikini. He blushed initially when he saw her but he read her mind because he knew she couldn’t speak. Then he realized she was there to get some food. First he used the magic materialization to form a new set of clothes on her then he invited her in to eat some food. Vi entered the small house and looked around, it was bigger on the inside than she imagined it would be when she was looking on the house form the outside.
~“So you’ve come here to eat...” Vi nodded. “Well then, take a seat and I will prepare some food for you.” Vi took a seat while South Kai got some food for her ready… Lord Zhou and Torbie stepped through the portal to the alternate dimension so they could be on a planet that was big enough to handle a hit from the Kirin. When they stepped through the portal, Lord Zhou asked if this land would be big enough for the Kirin to be used. Torbie replied telling him that the planet looked big enough to be of sufficient use.

He started by firing a fireball in to the sky to make the clouds appear in the sky above them. Shortly after the clouds appeared it started to rain on Lord Zhou and Vi.
~The sky began roaring with thunderous sounds and flashes of lightning. Torbie easily molded the lightning to form the Kirin with the lighting. Lord Zhou was in awe at the amazing beast Torbie formed in the sky. The Kirin roared, giving off the sound of thunder. Then Torbie forced the Kirin into the ground creating a massive devastating crater in the ground. When the Kirin hit the ground, the rain slowly turned into a drizzle as the clouds disburse throughout the sky and faded away. “And that is all, my friend… Now that I have shown you this technique today I, or you won’t be able to use the technique again for a while.”
~“That’s fine I believe I understand how it is done.” Lord Zhou said as he opened the portal back to the South Kai’s Planet. They walked through and say Caterpy and Froug passed out on the ground. “They must have done some hard training.” Torbie thought to himself as he walked over to South Kai’s house. Lord Zhou followed behind him, entering into the home of South Kai. When they got inside they saw Vi and South Ki eating. “Vi, when your done we need to get out of here it’s almost time to return to earth.” Vi nodded and continued eating… A few minutes later she was finished and they headed off back on Hydra Way.3039/2900

Rage had finally made it here. After the long day of running. Even longer for him because he didn't run he made it here. He took a breathe as he stepped towards Torbie with a boa.
"Lord South Kai. I am your humble Student."
He said simply.
