So I have the classic story...
I am crazy for my best friend, and I am planning to tell her that soon, but I feel like one of the few factors will definitely happen when that time comes sad
> She will reject me and make our friendship awkward forever [/cheesy]
> She will still not be over her last 'relationship' [which ended maybe 3-4 weeks ago]
> I make a fool of myself
> She pulls her usual bs, and never talks to me, hence giving me no chance to tell her
advice?

Ah...l'amour...
Okay...
If she's really a good friend, she won't let things get awkward if she rejects you. You two will move on...
If you're concerned about her 'not being over' her last relationship, wait it out a bit more. This could be beneficial to you as well...
You probably will make a fool of yourself...or think you are, regardless.
If you want to tell her, then tell her. Don't let her usual bs stand in the way. Make time and make your feelings known.
A word of advice...if you really value her friendship...put a lot of thought into things before trying to jump into a relationship. If things end you might not be able to salvage the friendship.
